Hi! Courtney is absolutely amazing. The best thing to happen to the music world in decades, if not forever. 'Call Me Back' is a sensational song. I think it gets to everyone who hears it. The song itself is so raw and powerful and Courtney sings with so much passion that this goes straight to the heart. Then you add the intensity of this incredible video on top of it. If you don't feel the pain and anguish this song and video conveys, then you don't have a pulse. I don't know how many times I've listened and watched this so far, but even when I know what's coming, it doesn't get any easier. What Courtney can do both vocally and visually never ceases to amaze. BTW, I thought the ending with the phone ringing and Courtney answering was brilliant. It's left an open question as to who's on the other end, but it ends a song full of pain and angst with a feeling of hope for everyone that has just gone on this heavy emotional ride with Courtney . I think that listeners get to make their own interpretations about what happens after the phone rings, but the song and video provide no definitive answer. It is left up to the listener to interpret the song in the way it means most to them. That in itself is genius. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great reaction! Thank you so much for observing that it's ridiculous that music of the quality Courtney Hadwin puts out doesn't have a million views in a week. When enough people could see her perform, she broke all the records for views of an America's Got Talent audition. Her four "Live Cover Sessions" from when she was under contract have between 2,802,845 views and 10,428,069! I think you're right that the industry stifles independence. Thank you again for this. It's not just a great reaction. It's a powerful statement about supporting great music and creativity.
I agree with your comments. The numbers of views to just doesn't add up, and it SHOULD be all over the airwaves. I do not think that anyone alive could not relate to this, whether from experience or missed opportunities. This video also gives me Meat Loaf vibes too from the 90s with his Objects in the Rear View Mirror, or I Will Do Anything For Love videos. Please, fans of Courtney, support her, she really needs it.
This is a beautiful and very emotional song, her voice and the way she makes you feel every note is amazing! Thanks and watch out for the little critters lol.
I agree this young lady should be pick up with a recording contract. But when i hear this song omg. Takes me back when my mom past away. She was on life support and I'd talk to her hoping she come out of her comatose state. Calling her to come back. I was not so lucky.
