- RELAXING MERMAID VIDEO (WITH LAKE MICHIGAN WAVE NOISES) - 5 Minutes of Peaceful Wave Noises - Take 5 minutes to yourself today (or more, if you care to rewind the video) and listen to the relaxing sounds of Lake Michigan's shoreline. This video was filmed in Northern Michigan and features a rocky beach and a professional mermaid from Michigan who goes by Mermaid Phantom (that's me!). You can watch the mermaid awkwardly poke around at rocks (throwing dead fish and looking for Petoskey Stones) or you can simply sit back and listen to the calming sounds of Lake Michigan. The choice is yours! :)

Anyways, I hope you guys like this video. It wasn't filmed with the intention of being a mermaid ASMR type video, but I guess that's what it turned into. Kind of? Since the water is still NUMBINGLY cold, I couldn't really swim without risking hypothermia (the bit where I got in took a lot of self- convincing. Hehehe). A chill video is a nice way to end the school year, anyways, I think!
What's coming later this summer isn't going to be so "chill" and calm in nature, so enjoy this calm before the storm (THAT IS APPROOOOOACHING. Provooooking... if you get it, you get it! :p).

This is making me want to return to my home lake SO BAD! Went there last weekend to kayak with my dad but wasn't able to swim unfortunately. But that rhythmic wave sound is soooo nostalgic and relaxing. 💚

This makes me want to come scuba dive in Lake Michigan! Also to swim in my new mono-fin and el cheapo fabric tail for fun! Having just returned from Myrtle Beach, SC two weeks ago, the sound of the waves are so soothing!
You should totally come dive here when the temps warm up! Lake Michigan is the best! :)
And hey! Cheap tails are just as fun (and less difficult to care for) than expensive tails. Nothing wrong with going the cheaper route- I still take my Fin Funs out for casual swims quite often.

i just watched your video on your mermaid tail collections and omg you have the most beautiful mermaid tails ive ever seen this one included of course i kind of wanna get the spring blossom tail from nereid studios but its expensive i have a fin fun galaxy mermaid tail and i swim with it in the pool when its really hot out im getting another fin fun tail on the 12th (hopefully) i forget the name of my galaxy one but the other I'm getting is called Malaysian Mist

You should use your mermaid videos, your tails to educate about that dying of the fish, and zebra mussels, and all the ship wrecks in the Great Lakes because of mermaids causing bad storms to sink the ships. I know there are a lot of ships that sank in the Great Lake. How throwing trash in the lakes ends up in the ocean.
Thank you for your suggestion! I have tried creating some videos that involve that topic, but sadly they don't perform very well. :( So I try to incorporate the topic of invasive species into my videos and posts on UA-cam and Instagram in a way that is gentle and still "entertaining." That way, people can still see the message and learn about the harm invasive species cause (and how to prevent their spread) while also providing them with relaxation/ entertainment. :)
@@TheMagicCrafter I volunteer at my science museum I have learned about environmental education. I learn each state has an environmental education curriculum. I just looked up Michigan for you it’s called MEECS (Michigan Environmental Education Curriculum Support) maybe if you get into that you can learn how to put it into your mermaiding and fairy business.

Invading spices are just the worst we got simmer problem in uk river where America cranfish are killing the British crayfish as the America ones just bigger and eat them and destroy the riverbed.
