My whole life changed since I started listening to this. Its been over a month now and I also tried very hard to heal and open my heart chakra. The tears really overflowed and my self love, relationship, trust issues surfaced and yes it all might sound a bit heavy but you can't solve it unless you face it. I feel like I'm advancing through my path and thriving emotionally.

I totally smell like the farts that I'm farting. That's because I keep sitting or standing in the area that I'm farting in and the fart smell just keeps wafting around me, like it knows I'm its mother and wants to find a way back inside me. Like trying to go home in a way. Life's kinda weird if you think about. You don't even have to think that long either, a recent article in Science Magazine stated that recent studies have shown that the average time it takes a person to come to the realization that life is kinda weird is 2.4321 seconds. I mean let's call a spade a spade, it takes 2 and a half seconds for the average person to think to themselves "Um, yeah. Lifes a little strange, am I right? Yes. Wait, who said that? Um..........Luuuuke, I am your father and also poontang on a black ass sandwich." Truer words have never been thoughted.

I just began to listen to the solfeggio in the last 3 or for days. This afternoon while traveling toward Madison Indiana to Bible Study, between 5:45 & 6:15 the most amazingly wide and vivid- more,brighter & wider greens blues and violets approximately 30 degrees South of the sun. I nearly couldn't take my eyes from the vivid blues, nor was i able to stop thanking GOD for such an awesome gift. This is pretty much my favourite one. The one which got me subscribed to Inner Lotus Music. I actually do feel better, like I've had a good night's sleep. I can tell you, suffering from depression anxiety, chronic pain and insomnia, (and all the other niggly ailments you can think of associated with depression), for best part of 30 years, I'd thought having a good night's sleep and waking up not in pain and not groggy was over for me, but having discovered this type of therapeutic melodies has really made a difference. It hasn't been a magic wand waved or anything like that, or a magic pill that has cured me or anything, but every now and then I wake up, having gone to bed with this on, feeling pretty okay! Seems like not much to write home about, but if you have been going through what I've been going through, it feels like a miracle happened overnight, (pun intended). Thank you so very much for sharing this stuff. I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am for this.

Hi. I have had so much problem with sleep and could not have a peaceful sleep at all..I came across a herb called ashwagandha. It's also called as indian ginseng. I put a teaspoon of ashwagandha powder in a warm milk before bed and it knocks me off right away. You can try this and it might help you. I totally smell like the farts that I'm farting. That's because I keep sitting or standing in the area that I'm farting in and the fart smell just keeps wafting around me, like it knows I'm its mother and wants to find a way back inside me. Like trying to go home in a way. Life's kinda weird if you think about. You don't even have to think that long either, a recent article in Science Magazine stated that recent studies have shown that the average time it takes a person to come to the realization that life is kinda weird is 2.4321 seconds. I mean let's call a spade a spade, it takes 2 and a half seconds for the average person to think to themselves "Um, yeah. Lifes a little strange, am I right? Yes. Wait, who said that? I just began to listen to the solfeggio in the last 3 or for days. This afternoon while traveling toward Madison Indiana to Bible Study, between 5:45 & 6:15 the most amazingly wide and vivid- more,brighter & wider greens blues and violets approximately 30 degrees South of the sun. I nearly couldn't take my eyes from the vivid blues, nor was i able to stop thanking GOD for such an awesome gift. [I did hold the steering wheel while my driver beheld the gift sent to us.]

I actually do feel better, like I've had a good night's sleep. I can tell you, suffering from depression anxiety, chronic pain and insomnia, (and all the other niggly ailments you can think of associated with depression), for best part of 30 years, I'd thought having a good night's sleep and waking up not in pain and not groggy was over for me, but having discovered this type of therapeutic melodies has really made a difference. It hasn't been a magic wand waved or anything like that, or a magic pill that has cured me or anything, but every now and then I wake up, having gone to bed with this on, feeling pretty okay! Seems like not much to write home about, but if you have been going through what I've been going through, it feels like a miracle happened overnight, (pun intended).

Hi. I have had so much problem with sleep and could not have a peaceful sleep at all..I came across a herb called ashwagandha. It's also called as indian ginseng. I put a teaspoon of ashwagandha powder in a warm milk before bed and it knocks me off right away. You can try this and it might help you. Please consult your doctor before you use it becoz it might effect you different. Thank you
