I had a bad tire that showed 16 lbs of pressure. After replacement the gage kept showing 16 lbs. I kept dismissing it but somehow lost my information page that shows me how much mileage I am getting plus my best mileage average. Nothing on this video gave me a clue as to how to restore that. Any suggestions? 🤔
Let me know if you guys like this content and I will make more videos explaining different features and settings the 14-18 Silverado/Sierra trucks have! Thanks for watching!
Do you happen to know the engine temperature that the line after 210° represents? Mine has been hitting that line for the past 6 months and goes back down to 210° after a couple seconds then goes back to that line and just keeps repeating. Does it more often when I'm pulling my lawn trailer. 2019 Silverado 1500 LD.
What year is that? I want the teen driver mode on my 2016 Silverado 2500HD LTZ Z71 6.6L Duramax if it’s not preinstalled on the truck how can you get it on there?
I have a 2014 SLT Z71 and I can see all just using the steering wheel bottoms. Not sure if I have the 4WD display option. I want to upgrade my display to the 10" or 12", I don't have On Star and navigation, GM stop giving the option to all vehicles prior to 2015, due to the Verizon 5 G.
Not really "secret hidden menus" or pages, just not turned on by default. When I got my truck home after purchasing, I found these that day. "Hidden" would imply something only normally accessible by a service technician or something where you would have to press buttons in a certain order to access that's not written in the manual.
For something so simple GM just seems to be going backwards with with a bunch of poorly design layout of the oil drain placement in the most awkward ever spot.
Thank you. I own a 2018 SLT Sierra. Had no idea about the remote seat heat setting

I just found your channel and so love your videos. I have a 2017 and learned a lot, so thank you. I liked and subscribed.
Thank you that means a lot!! I just started! Can’t wait to keep making videos!
@@Bobsgaragetech keep up the good work
It’s not a secret menu. It’s customizable lol
Thank you. I had forgotten this and needed a reminder.
Thank you!
The off road page also shows if you have low traction and what tires are slipping.
it does? I've never really played around wit it too much the few times I've been off road; usually use my 2006 GMC yukon for that.
I got the information page back, thanks.

It’s in this video… make sure that page is selected in the pages options. I go over it in this video as well - ua-cam.com/video/uykLsFXG0C8/v-deo.html

I've had my truck 2 years and didn't know some of the features it has. Lol

Sounds like a thermostat issue
My 2018 high country with 6.2 engine does the same when towing. I think it's normal, I hope. 😂
My old 04 Silverado would do the same, check your engine coolant level, my would only do that when the coolant tank was low.

Mine is a 2017 but it doesn’t hv a couple features like trailer brakes n speed limit n what not
I have a 14 z71 but I don’t think mine has the off road page option.
That's a bummer! I would have to verify what year the gyro info page started.
You mention the Off-road feature is really cool, what does it do?
How come mine doesn't display the wifi button on the dash screen like yours?
How many miles to go on gas lite. Is there a feature on steering wheel to see miles
Ur-2018. 1500 Silverado chev truck
Yes should be under fuel economy.

That’s not hidden. That’s a normal page to change. Why doesn’t mine show the v4 v8

But the windows won't go back up with key bob
Sadly not in the chevys
I accidentally found there are buttons behind the steering wheel
😂😂😂
Changed your life didn’t?!😂

Wtf I'm oldschool I guess now cars have ipads
Your first name Rusty?
It’s not secret at all if you know how to work your truck
