My daughter came home one day and had learned this song in sign language at pre school!! She sat after preschool and done it! During my sisters rehearsal dinner, she and her husband put together a video with old tapes of them as kids that moved up to photos of before and after he proposed to her. They used this song for the video, and I remember so many of us who were there were smiling and welling up with tears, I remember my dad was balling as he watched it. My sister and her husband are still together and have a daughter now. I can’t think of two people who were more meant for each other. I know he’ll give her the best life with the family they’ll build. Every time I hear this song I look back on that video and how momentous of a tearjerker moment it was for everyone who was there to see it.

Nahhh Disney is 10x better. I can’t remember any songs from this (nor the storyline tbh) and i’ve watched it 3 times. I’ve tried to love it, cuz everyone said it was sO gOoD. But it’s awful. Not only does it glorify PT Barnum, it also doesn’t have a story. Hugh Jackman was OKAY. He isn’t great. You know the song he sang in the bar?? I laughed out load at how trash that was.

I grew up in asia and when I was 18 my dream was to study abroad. When this song came out I listened to it every night before I go to bed, and I have the motivation to get up the next day, study and prepare to leave my home country. Now 2022, 22 years old ,I have been an international student for almost 3 years, I still come back to this song.
