I don't have a WindowsUpdate filder under WcmSvc, and above WorkplaceJoin, but I do have Installer inbetween EnhancedStorangeDevice and IPSec... Could that possibly be the same? Only the last way worked, which is the reinstall of windows with no data loss. However, just for others to keep in mind, make sure the downloaded iso is of the same language as the current installation.
@@zerefdragneel5315 Make sure it doesn't fail and roll back. If not and it does install properly, then a fresh install is needed. If that doesn't work either, then unfortunately there is probably a hardware issue because intact software like fresh install wouldn't work when hardware is at fault.

You can right click on the windows folder - choose the key and name it as WindowsUpdate
