The panels on semi sunny to bright sunny days in sub zero temperatures the 25watt axel fan will come on at about 120 degrees then continue to 180 degrees and push recirculating heated house air at about 100 cfm for over ten years with no problems .Average baseboard heater takes 1500 watts. This is just a small 6 foot long eight tube single glazed unit . I have larger units but haven’t connected them to my house yet or a greenhouse due to other business reasons plus marketing expense.
That "Sound Shirt" just might be a way for the profoundly deaf to effectively "hear" and understand voices. It could "retrain" another set of nerves (on the torso) to be interpreted as SOUND. Thus replacing the "dead" nerves in the ears.---- The Hearing impaired would learn to recognize different patterns for spoken words. Just as blind people use the sense of touch to read braille and feel shapes, this Shirt might enable the deaf to effectively "hear" by feeling the patterns of sound.
