PLEASE USE the Pak AT guns!!!
Believe it or not they’re some of the best units the PACT has for this campaign. It pays off to take the time to find perfect spots/sight lines for them. Especially the ones with both the AT gun and ATGMs. They outrange Leopards (not sure about Abrams) and are easy to hide for an “ambush” on large groups of armor. Super fun against the Leopard Battalions later on.
Also if you keep their tow vehicles with them, the vehicle tends to soak 2-3 hits. This can effectively increase the hp of the actual gun when in a direct fight.

The only gripe I have is the VA's in those briefings, which is not your fault of course
They might get improved moving forward
They are placeholders for now. (ai voices) eugen is going to bring in voice actors for it before full release.

This is gonna sound weird.... I like that the briefings are like that. So many RTS titles have gone off course with adding a storyline that, at it'a worst, takes agency away from the player (COH3). I really like that you don't know why they are invading, and there's no OTT emotional acting interfering with the game.
It's just the age old "city name you know from your own language sounds weird in a different language" @@VulcanHDGaming

I'm only at 8:21 in the video, so I don't know if you notice this later, but when you have a unit selected in the popup at the bottom left under a unit's stats it's mentioned what type it is(Auxiliary, Artillery etc.)

Wonder why such an Elite, highly trained (for decades for a Fulda gap attack) unit such as the 11ACR, should have such low morale? Seems wrong
Technically they have already been beaten back to this point I believe but it's mostly just game mechanics.
It's based on total units available. The 11th ACR is pretty limited on availability, so they have a proportionally low morale.
U can think about morale as organisation, so units disorganized after battle and not just out of morale. But honestly, u can be most trained soldier ever, but when enemy get u twice almost without losses when u lose half of your forces(especially when u think u are elite) it's just too much stress for most of the people. Soldiers still humans

@jaw0449 Camp Casey in the late 80's if your going to say its meant to simulate a delaying tactic then ive changed my mind about it, i guess i just object to the term low morale ;) I do remember some of the more cynical folks saying we were there to get wiped out in an all out NK attack to make Americans mad enough to support a war ;)

The MP campaign mode seems to show promise. I hope they fix the bugs soon and make it playable.

Would be cool to see a mod, where you just assign a company to an area, and the AI tries to figure out the best way to use what it has to navigate to, emplace in, and hold an area.z
sorta like how it works in real life. A Division says "this is our AO, this is our mission set, BN X gets area Y." Then BN says to the companies "A co goes here and deals with this sector, etc." Then the company commander allocates his equipment (and troops) to the defined area and executes their portion of the mission set. Would be super awkward, but it could totally be done.
Ways to lead the AI in battle would be cool indeed.
Always better to be on the offensive. Hope will be as fun as climbing mount noradnya 😉

I found the game machanics about the conquest point very weird. Since you are attacking, you should be the side gaining the conquest points and the defensive side shouldn’t get so many points until the battle lasts for a while.
The idea is to push the attacker to actually attack.
I really the new addition of the Army General.I completed both sides and until something new is added most likely won't play Warno sadly.

Hi, i dont have Warno or Steel Division II but love watching ur videos. But is there only this one short campaign in Warno? Im not a big multiplayer guy so it would be interesting to know if there is enough single player content.
For now, its the only army general campaign, but they will add more later. Also there are 5 or 6 standalone missions.

Only one Army General campaign so far, you can play on both sides though.

Nato campaign starts hard and gets easier, Pact campaign starts easy and gets hard.

Exactly, almost I could say carelessness as it is a voice line thus easier to spot, let's see if they want to put the money to correct it.
Because 1 day is 4 turns. It was told in Army general tutorial. 12 turns is 3 days. Now it is June 20th. In 3 days it will be 23rd

I don't know man, this game is pretty much fantasy. The USSR should just have dragons because there is NO way they were going to beat the Western Powers. It would be a complete farce so I can't play this game with that information. Utter trash. The thing that everyone seems to forget is that the Soviet Army hasn't fought a modern army since WW2. Even if they did take Europe then what? Swim across the Atlantic? They had a trash Navy with very few if any real aircraft carriers. In no world has any Russian tank destroyed a Abrams. Lol you stopped the Allies air force with Russian AA?! Elite tank core has no low morale?! In its first encounter?!
Name a modern army NATO have fought since ww2 until 1989, when the game is set

Dig in, perhaps invade the Middle East to cut the oil tap and then negotiate from a position of strength.

If you mean the 11th ACR in this campaign? This is one of their three squadrons, which has already been roughly booted out of the way when the entirety of the soviet 8th Guards *ARMY* came rolling through the Fulda Gap, before now trying to poke at the flank of the soviet advance and delaying the East Germans.
Other comments also responded to your points I just want to add that in this game if there is a faction that is OP is NATO
