They completely removed the NPAPI Plugin. You can't enable it now.

if this doesn't work then when you search npapi, erase the address bar on the top of the page and copy and paste the result bar under the top one and hit enter.

PS. if your doing this for BF4 when you enable it or re-enable it just refresh the battle log page and you should be good to go!
