Outstanding! One question. My spacebar is setup to search. How do I change that to activate this effect? Thanks for EVERYTHING you put out there! Excellent!
Quite a normal tutorial for April Fools. Very useful one again though: I actually forgot you can use the #frame notation directly in fields like that... handy.
I dont understand, when doing exatelly this : Parenting camera to empty, typing #frame*0.01 in the z rotation field in item, being in object mode - nothing happening when pressing spacebar, and the animation start, but both the camera and the empty stand totally stil. What can be wrong ? regards Frank Fenriz DK
@@BlenderSecrets i have put in the z values at the camera, - after i put the value in z for the empty it worked. strangely enough i did the same again, and this time it didnt worked again. So i reuse the blender fil that worked, and put another object in , and this work as an template. When i open the Toogle windows it shows the error signs, - but i dont know what to do with this. I have no ideas of coding
OMG! Excellent. These drivers / formulas are 100% new to me
It's not that well known. In After Effects it's quite common but not in Blender for some reason. Can be very useful.
I worked with drivers before but forgot those formulas can be used in fields directly.
Nice! A short, very useful tutorial without having to fly through it just to keep it under a minute.
Glad you like it!
Blender is just amazing.
Holy moly, I had no idea! OK, I might have to buy the e-book...
Eh super simple, merci pour le truc et astuce
This is brilliant! Thank you.
Awesome

ok disregard lol...im old and dumb ahahaha--- typo on the command... yikes! Thanks!
You can change the spacebar action from Edit>Preferences>keymap>Preferences
Spacebar in the video is just playing the animation/scene. Just press on the play button manually if you dont have a hotkey for it.
awesome
uh nice!

Yeah, I wish I could figure out how to make it loop perfectly though.
I just forgot about april fools, maybe I should have made a video about how to clean your blender after making a smoothy or something.
@@BlenderSecrets 🤣🤣
Bravooooo
but the camera and cube follow, it's just the outside that rotates.
Hi Nigel, I’m not sure what you mean?
OMG !!!
Didn't know Blender used expressions like After Effects.

No idea. You use the rotation field of the Empty, right? Strange!
