Holy Smoke-N-Ropes my new friend. I just turned 63 on June 21st and saw your workout video and decided to give it a try. Had to go to your other video and spent 15 minutes learning the Dragon Roll, another great video. I can't jump rope anymore do to arthritis which I have delt with most of my life. Every day is filled with pain and my body is very stiff. Well guess what?, I just did 30 minutes along with you and your video and I feel mush looser and did it with "NO PAIN" at all. It was so much fun. I hope to get a good rope from you in the future. I also have to have both my knees replaced when I feel it is time. This will be my new life time training routine. I can go as easy or as hard as my body will let me. I had 50 minutes in the fat burning zone and another 15 minutes in the cardio zone with no pain even after the workout. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much this will change my life. I can finally loose weight, gain mobility and maybe learn to wake surf with my 4 year old Grandson Decker. Bless you.
    Question,
Do you have a video on how to know what is the right length to fit people. I'm 6' 1" tall. Just not sure about it.

I am a rope flow addict now I think its one of the most amazing multidimensional isotonic and cardio exercise out there. Its great as a recovery active rest or primary workout. Unlocked my spine and hip gets my metabolism restarted and great when you are just getting back in shape

Looks like a good exercise to me. Why haven't I know this earlier? I was going to do jump rope, but my knees aren't that good, I don't want to jump that much. I am going to get one of these rope in Amazon, will start this soon. Thanks

Love this workout! Second time this week. Burns calories, brings on a sweat, and makes you feel great at the end. I think this will finally help get my core stronger to improve my back and posture.

Sooooooooo good!!! Didn't know you can work up a sweat doing rope! Maybe I can get a six pack without doing sit ups😀!

Yeah rope based training mixed with calisthenics got me ripped. Six pack, back muscles, calves. It gets your whole body especially when you get creative with it.

      @@dallasdominguez2224 I'm inspired! I don't know anything about calisthenics, Youtubing it now😀!

    HiDavid,
Love your method, love the fluidity of movement! Where do you come in wtih breathing form the diaphragm, is there any synchronising with movement in your method? I hav'nt watched all your stuff yet but i hear you mouthbreathing a lot , or is that due to talking / explaining ? To me spinal alignment and breathing pattern are the basiscs of movement and become one with movement , or become fluid in movement.
What are your thoughts about that?
