In 2022, I forgot to include 'Year of the Demon' among my faves in spite of having played that a lot. As for the OUTSIDER album, I'm enjoying the title track, 'Obsidian', 'Rebirth' and 'A wake' the most right now.
Even more appreciation for new product shows this week, Pete, considering your schedule. Had a chance to listen once. Really enjoyed the start of the album but needs another listen or two in order to see what really grabs my attention. Thanks again.

@@jason-budney7624 I had a second listen on the commute home. Undeniably like Rush 2112, AFTK on the first song. Others sound like Signals era. I was warming up to it, but it felt dirty. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I like the album but there's nothing that really stands out about it. It's pretty rockin'. It's solid. It's short. Don't think it's as good as their previous two. Not a 7.5, but not quite an 8. How about a 7.9?
I miss the days of albums with 8 to 10 songs coming in at 35 to 45 minutes long. I'm tired of these over bloated albums for an hour or more with 12 to 15 songs and only 3/4 of the album is worth something to the listener...too much, is too much and if the time isn't put into said the extra 3 or 4 songs then use them as b-sides or leave them to work on for the next album or an "E.P." and continue to put out albums in a more timely fashion instead of these 6 to 8 even 10 year wait. Just my thoughts....and it has nothing to do with what Night Demon are doing as I think they are bringing it back to form for music and bands overall. Not egos, more music and less ego imo.
I'm seeing them tomorrow night with Haunt and Satan...and I'm pretty excited. It's going to be a very fun night.

I've been following these guys since their first record. They play in Cleveland all the time, I was even there when they recorded their live album!
Cool band and strong record. I became familiar with them via Jarvis' Cirith Ungol association.
One of my favorites of the year, so far, along with the record by Screamer.

Big fan of the first two albums and the EP, not so sure about this one yet. Go to their shows, they are a brilliant and very energetic live band🤘
I listened to the last one they put out last year and I enjoyed it they are pretty dam kick ass.

Saw them open for Anvil in 2017 at Webster Hall, thought they were pretty badass, sounded better than Anvil that nite
