Giselle also had a nose job (after she started modeling) and no one judged her like did Bella.
People are way too ignorant to come to this realization. If you look at pics of her as a kid you can tell her face is pretty much the exact same. She got a nose job as a teenager and it balanced her face and brought more attention to her other beautiful features, her eyes and full lips. Her eyes were always upturned, especially when she smiled. Anything else is probably attributed to weight loss. She lost a lot of the baby fat she had at 18 and is considerably skinnier than when she first started out. Plenty of models have work done, people just want to tear Bella down because of her privilege.

The biggest difference is the nose and the eye lift. I still think people are unfair to judge her: Like you said, she's not the only model to get work done and she does not "owe" her beauty to surgery. She was already prettier than the average girl.
