He references a good Gnomon course a couple times with someone called "Max" (or at least that's what it sounds like). What course is he referencing? Checked the Maya tuts and couldn't see something with someone of that name.

Hi Kraig, Max Dayan is a Director of Education at Gnomon and he teaches several classes, including Introduction to 3D in Maya, and Hard-Surface Modeling. The classes are taught at the Gnomon campus in Hollywood. You can see all courses at www.gnomon.edu/courses.
      Have a great weekend!

Thanks for the info! Do you know if he will likely be doing any online Maya courses? I'm in the UK so the on-campus courses aren't really an option for me. Cheers :)

Max doesn't teach our online class, but we do have a Hard Surface Modeling Online Class taught by James Schauf, who's an awesome instructor that has worked at Disney: www.gnomon.edu/courses/online (plus, here's James' bio: www.gnomon.edu/about/instructors/james-schauf).
Summer Term class registration is now closed, but Fall Term registration opens August 31st! Be sure to check back to www.gnomon.edu/courses/online to book a seat. You can also talk to an Admissions Advisor for any questions about upcoming classes and instructors at admissions@gnomon.edu. :)
