Fun fact: When the Pokémon anime first aired in the 90’s, it was only planned as a one-off series to promote the game. However, it proved surprisingly popular, and there have been over 20 series and 23 films! It’s also currently one of the longest running anime series ever!

Also fun fact, Ash's Pokemon pal was originally supposed to be an Eevee this is still shown on the original cover of the very first issue. It was changed to Pikachu because Pikachu looked cuter. Imagine a world where the Eevee was Ash's Pokemon and could evolve to anything.
Also fun fact: one of the writers wanted the anime to end with the pokemon revolting against the humans

I really love this series. I almost feel like this series has the most consistent animation on this channel. It looks fantastic!
And yeah, I know the compliment is a bit back handed. Although this channel pumps out amazing content, truly, it's animation quality has always been all over the place. The voice actors always put on such a good performance though! I love them.
It isn’t as advanced as other animators and they don’t take a whole two years to pump out 1 video, not saying it isn’t good but ur kinda over hyping it
@@ya_boi_sieem6644 Ehhh, kinda, but if you go back and watch a lot of the animations they have, it's never a pleasant thing to look at. The main thing that has always captivated me is the voice acting, pacing and writing. This series on their channel though has had consistently good animation, and I kinda wanted to point it out.
