amazing what you get for that price. I bought a blaser r8 because i wanted straightpull, barrel mounted optic, the option to change caliber/barell and a secure safety. if i didn't alredey own a blaser and i was looking now i would probretly get this. the blaser is pretty much 2 times the price where i live. With the brx1 you get all dose features at a completely different budget and it still looks like very high quality
I have scanned most video about brx1 on the UA-cam, but nobody explain the question below , most of them just showed us changing the bolt handle direction left/right repeatedly. I noticed the bolt head was driven by a wedge/cam plane, usually it will cause rotation while move forwarding . In AR-15, the problem was solved by constraining the bolt head cam pin in the receiver. But I didn't find similar mechanism in the brx1 rifle. Can you help to explain what structure prevent the rotation of bolt head before it entering the chamber and cause bolt head rotation after entering the chamber. Thanks very much for your help!
Nice. Don’t really understand the reengineering, like a fast bolt rifle was needed. Simple design made more complicated. Maybe next we make a rotary phone with a cord.
All due respect to you Mark, your skills and reputation are proven without question, but that's a lot of parts on the bolt and the safety is sort of complicated. I'm just wondering if it gets grime, dirt and mud in it will the gun still work? I loved you banging it in the dirt and stuff. From your test then it appears to work just fine. :-) A lot of thoughtful detail in it with the orange double stacked magazine but how much effort does it take to release it? Any chance of it falling out, or does it have a release mechanism. Again, always enjoy your thoughts and shooting sir.
Nice looking rifle and certainly looks capable (in your hands)😉 Quick question if I may. What was it like to clean (how did you) I have a polymer stocked rifle and it's a bit of a sod to clean to be honest.
Mud does tend to cling into the chequering! A damp microfibre cloth works well but you do have to scrub it a bit! Old tooth brush is good for the chequering too
Just had to cringe when you were stuffing muddy rounds into it! What's all that about? Don't know if I missed it, is the trigger single or double stage?
😆 people were concerned about dirt in the action and if it would still cycle so …. I think we can safely say it copes with a little dirt in the action! It’s a single stage trigger 👍
Introducing debris into the chamber and bore was unnecessary and dangerous. Apart from that it was up to your usual high standards for reporting new kit.
In hunting situations it’s inevitable that dirt etc will get in the action and this was done to illustrate the rifle will still function. The rifle has been tested to nato standards in the factory which included plugging the barrel and firing it multiple times so I was confident it was safe to do so 👍
Lobbing mud all over it like some kind of animal. They didn’t teach you to do that at beretta press day . Put that thermal scope on it and see if it will shoot a fox or two. 😬
Finally a real review, with real use and not another video about the features of the rifle. Wish you would do this for many other rifles ! Thanks Mark
Definitely tested that rifle, great video
Brilliant design. Built for everyone left or right handers. At last
A true hunters rifle a first class bit of kit this rifle would suit anybody new to the sport or somebody who has shot all their life well done Mark
Now that's a real world rifle review.

Great review 😊✨👍✨
Great to see a company not treating lefties as an after thought
Great review! What scope mounts, please?
Hello, what is the length of this barrel?
What is your opinion on the element scope with the .308? Also that scope for both hunting and range?. Thanks.

Very nice bro..good job👍🏼👍🏼
Watching from indonesia🇮🇩🇮🇩🙏🏻🙏🏻
Well done Mark, btw what kind of charts are you using on your phone for corrections ?
As a leftie cannot wait to get one😀
Hello, what length of this barrel? It was 308 win?
Nice. Don’t really understand the reengineering, like a fast bolt rifle was needed. Simple design made more complicated. Maybe next we make a rotary phone with a cord.
I think really it’s more aimed at driven boar hunting where fast cycling and keeping the rifle on target are critical 👍
The only time Britain isn't sunny is when its gray, otherwise, we have yellow and liquid sunshine !!!
Nice video! Great rifle, looking to get one. Do you know if the 300 Win Mag is 1-10 Twist? Thank you 👍🇨🇦
Great review ! What cal is the rife you are shooting in?
This ones a 308 👍

Every aspect of the rifle works well 👍 some bits take a little getting used to but it don’t take long then you just can’t help but love the thing!
Very nice gun old chap. What's the calibre of that one? And are they making any other calibre?
It’s a 308. There are also 30-06 and 300wm available with creed and other cals to follow👍
If Carlsberg lager made a rifle this could be it...
Mark have you any idea if there is going to be a 223. It looks the dogs nuts
I’d say there’s a good possibility there will be in due course 👍
Do you get to keep it Mark?
I wish! No I had to return it as new or I’d be paying for it 😆
Mate, the way you bashed that rifle I is how I treat my VW.🤣
😆😆😆👍
Nice bit of kit Mark.😁👍 Are you going to keep it?😉
Not this one but I’m seriously contemplating buying one in creed or a 243 as a lightweight stalking rifle 😉
Niiiiice
What calibre was the rifle? Looks like a shooter.
This one was a 308 and yes these rifles shoot very well 👍
Nice looking rifle and certainly looks capable (in your hands)😉 Quick question if I may. What was it like to clean (how did you) I have a polymer stocked rifle and it's a bit of a sod to clean to be honest.

You did not say what cal 223, 243 308,but i would think 5.56 creadmore.
Sorry lots of info to get into this vid! It’s a 308 with 30-06 and 300wm also available with creed and other cals to follow 👍
What calibre is the rifle Mark?
It’s available in 308, 30-06 and 300wm at the moment with other cals coming. This one was a 308
Just had to cringe when you were stuffing muddy rounds into it! What's all that about? Don't know if I missed it, is the trigger single or double stage?

I cannot see any hearing protection.
Wow rifle what's cost of rifle
£1500 👍
reimagine R8 blaser
That receiver looks so fragile though…
No gun was hurt during the making of this video ...
👍

Nice review. Not nice handling all that muck with it. I'll give you a tenner for it now. Well done.
Giving it the Ripps abuse.
Not the best looking rifle in the world...but still a lovely gun though!

Couldn't see hear calibre! 😒?
Sorry! 308, 30-06 and 300wm also available with more cals coming 👍
