I am in no way a lesbian, I love men the way Allah has created them and praise Allah. But that doesn't mean you can't get annoyed and irritated from them. Some people think woman have this specific characteristic (most of them not all, like jealousy for example, some are less and some are more jealous) and some people like me just think that men in majority are annoying and irritating from nature some less and some more and thats not meant in any insulting way. You still love your partner/family/friend eventhough they make your blood boil for "silly reasons" for you.

I love you Jasmine for remaining so calm and not showing jealousy. I think jealousy is caused either by a lack of trust in the other person or a lack of self-esteem when one would think they're not good enough and the other could find a better match at every corner. We should teach girls to value themselves and think "he is lucky to have ME" instead of focusing on how lucky women are if they meet decent men.
Feeling jealous/possessive is a natural human reaction, isn't it? It's what we do with those feelings that indicate dysfunction, if any.
