I purchased mine this weekend after meeting Amanda in Portland. I own a lot of cookbooks for home cooking, but the further I got into this the more I was impressed. The level of creativity, detail, and passion for better eating is obvious. The amount of passion and energy that went into creating this cookbook is obvious; it's NOT a half-hearted attempt, it's a useful and well thought out guide to better outdoor cooking. Well done Amanda.

I don’t know if you read these but I saw this and thought of you! I know you deal with anxiety and I never have so I can’t imagine what it’s like but I heard a guy say when your in that situation take a moment to think about what’s wrong list all the things in your mind that you can’t control, delete those thoughts and focus on the ones you can control! I’m sure this is easier said than done but thought it might help! Stay safe and take care!
