Him drugging or poisoning the whole office definitely makes him the worst and I would argue Ryan is second worse. Robert doesn't really do anything evil he just acts different then most but that doesn't make him evil or bad.

But in large part the change in her attitude seemed to come after she married Bob Vance, Vance Refridgeration. She went from being mousy, to being overconfident, and then became more manipulative because if she had a problem Bob could fix it for her by beating the person up. She's still not a bad person, by any stretch, but personally I think saw was a little too high on this list.
David Wallace belongs in the gold medal slot. He is one of the most powerful characters on the show, and he never behaves in a way that is abusive of that power. He’s very conscientious and straight laced.
He is also very forgiving of many of the employees and doesn't fire them even when he clearly could. He gives them multiple chances. He never talks badly about them and he endures their nonsense and their annoying conversations and habits.
As others have said, Phylis deserves to be far lower. Especially because she’s directly involved in the evil that Bob Vance commits. She acts like a sweet grandma 90% of the time but she’s shown that she sees other people as mere playthings. I’d put her right below Bob Vance, and I’d put them lower than other characters in the grey area. Also Creed is most evil, that man has 100% killed people.
About the man Bob kill, i feel sorry for her. There's no much she can do, Bob is really intimidate and agressive, they were in a place with a corrupted law system and she cries only for talking about. I dont think is her fault at all
Didn't even mention that Creed got two people fired. One, early on when they were downsizing and the next time when he didn't do the quality control on paper and got the blame shifted to some one else.
Great ranking although Dwight should really be in the grey area for these reasons: -He had sex with Angela whilst she was engaged to Andy Bernard. -He tried to get Jim fired through his self-titled “Diabolical Plan”. -He is constantly rude to everyone except Michael Scott who he protects to a dangerous degree. -He went behind Michael’s back and tried to steal his position as Regional Manager. -He wrecks Pam’s house whilst she is giving birth and then plans to make out with Angela in Pam’s house. -He started a fire because nobody listened to his fire safety lecture. -He hides weapons around the office. -He tried to rip everyone off with his health care plan. -He almost shot Andy Bernard. -He murdered Angela’s cat by putting it in her freezer then lying to her about it. -He put a bag with a bat in over Meredith’s head and she got rabies. -He caused Jim some serious injuries in his snowball fight. I’ll edit this if I find any others reasons.
Andy went from being my most hated character, to one of my favorites after anger management. He becomes so much more sympathetic but then they ruined him in the last season
They kind of didn’t have a choice - Ed helms went to film the hangover pt2 so they had to write him out. They could’ve done a better job tho - he could’ve at least taken Erin
Exact opposite, Andy being a cut your throat angry dude was different from all other characters on the show. Andy was never a consistent character on the show first a pure asshole, then dumb as a rock, then a generic Jim, then a generic Michael, then back to an Asshole, then back to an idiot.

Creed HAS to be the most evil. A lovable evil guy, but definitely evil. He admits to identity theft, and quite clearly thinks it reasonable for someone to suspect him of murder (why run?). We also know he has been a cult leader, admits to financial crime ("Creed Bratton doesn't declare bankruptcy..."), drug trafficker, fake ID provider, a cheat at gambling, regularly steals ("Oh I steal things all the time. It's just something I do"), does not pay restaurant bills, and was on the lamb throughout the entire show. Name one thing that we know about the other characters that comes close to any of that. Being mysterious, manipulative, and calling yourself the lizard king?! Not even remotely close.
There’s no proof that Creed killed anyone. He may have simply known someone who committed murder, or might be an accidental accomplice to one. This explains his reaction. Robert California is massively manipulative and holds the people around him with incredibly little regard. He clearly had some sort of blackmail on Joan, that’s why she gave up her position of CEO to him.

Ryan should be above Jan and Robert in the evil list. Ryan is a sociopath that uses people for his own gain just like Robert. Plus abandoning his baby in a public event in the outdoors is fucked up
I must say.... waaaay more people should be in the grey area. Kevin being good, a stretch but I can live with that. Gold goes to Pam, silver to Holly, Bronze should go to David or Oscar. Darryl and Phyllis definitely should be in the grey since they're constantly not being very good to others. Darryl constantly either makes fun of or manipulates a situation or someone to get what he wants. Phyllis constantly judges others also and can be very petty and will manipulate easily as well. Kelly is a great area person since she has manipulated some of the minor male characters, like her fiancee and will continue to make horrible personal decisions. This list started good but then let favorites take over and tanked.
I wouldn’t say most evil but he definitely didn’t take into consideration the fact that Toby has said and done some pretty fucked up and sketchy shit and ignore the possibility that he COULD BE the strangler, it is not proven even though I think it’s very highly possible his is the Scranton strangler/or copy cat of.

Lucy gives Charlie Brown advice which could only make things worse. She does have some good moments, but if this was a good to evil, she’d probably get neutral. Violet and Patty aren’t much better, but they are just followers and just as a bully Lucy is, they rather join in than stand up. But they also have good moments too, but I’d argue Lucy is worse. As for Snoopy, Yes, he is self-centered, and he can be a pain in the neck time to time. With that said, I rank him especially high, Snoopy has a lot of good in him. He does help Charlie Brown occasionally, like in the peanuts movie, because he helped him try to talk to the new girl, and even thought him how to dance. He’s also very skilled at mostly everything. Cooking, ping pong, playing the guitar, and more things a human can do. As much as Snoopy is annoying, I’d argue that he’s a good boy for the most part. She beat Violet in a verbal fight when it came to “in-fighting.” She verbally, physically, and emotionally abuses Linus and Charlie Brown, destroys Schroeder’s things when he’s told her he doesn’t like her several times. While she has her good moments, most of them are out-shadowed by her cruelty.
Kelly is in fact the most self centered and superficial character on the show. Remember the time she lied about being raped to cover her lie trying to damage two people's careers over a minor unintentional slight? Also Pam is in fact waaay too good at being mean.

She is Grey at best. - She falsely told Ryan she was pregnant and tried to play it off like it was no big deal. - She falsely told Stanley about Ryan “flirting” with his daughter - She is a stalker and won’t accept “no” as an answer with Ryan (and Darryl too). - She mocked Ryan during when he got arrested. Ryan may be a douche but him getting arrested doesn’t deserve mocking. Darryl and Karen should be higher than Phyllis and maybe Kevin. Stanley should be a bit higher, preferably switching with Kelly. I was kind of expecting DeAngelo on this list because he was regional manager at one point but I guess not.
Nah you’ve been hoodwinked😂😂Kevin’s character is a complete act. How’s he so good at poker, he takes money from everyone he’s ever made a bet with. Also when everyone found Martin Nash was in prison for fraud, Kevin was worried that it “sounds an awful lot like what I do here every day” 😂 Last hint - Lavernes Pie wagon. Kevin does a quick calculation in his head when he works out that it would take 15 mins to get to the pie wagon (55mph for 13 miles) Then Angela and Oscar call him out and propose a different maths question using salads instead of pie. The joke is that Kevin can’t do it because it’s something he doesn’t care about - but I think Kevin forgot himself slightly, and recovered in the salad problem😂
You forgot something about Toby: he is under heavy suspicion of being the Scranton strangler, and there are a lot of clues leading to that. He at least needed to be in the gray zone. Edit: you also forgot that Kevin is 99 percent likely to stealing money from the office, and even admits to it
I personally think Michael should be lower. A few things they don't mention are: -He tries to get dwight (one of his most loyal friends) to take the blame and get fired for his willy wonka idea - He sexually assaults a few people - He shoots Jim down for a manager position - He fake fires multiple people, and at least two have done nothing wrong, which is just awful for someone who needs a job - He messes up Phylli's wedding cause he tries to be the center of attention - He treats Toby like garbage ever chance he gets - He keeps dating a girl named Donna after he finds out she is married - He ruins one of the Christmas parties because he doesn't believe a girl can be Santa - And he is just very self centered most of the time unless it's to very specific individuals
Some of the characters (including Michael) they seem to be judging them based off of where they finish rather than how they were throughout it. Dwight also isn't "good" through most of the show's run.
I liked this list. But Kevin is secretly a genius. He embezzled loads of company cash and pretended to be an imbecile so that no one would suspect him. Kevin straight up admitted that he embezzled money when the new employees arrived. I personally think Erin is the good character for her improving everyone she met.
You guys clearly don't understand morals or what it means to be a good person. The first justification you gave for putting Ryan third most evil is that he accidentally started a fire. That's irrelevant to the conversation.
There were many that had to been on the grey area and not on the good one... but both Kelly and Michael were good people they never had bad intentions.
Kelly deliberately wrote bad reviews for both Jim and Dwight to mess with their bonuses all because they didn't go to her party. Not to mention she tricks Ryan into thinking she is pregnant so he will date her. She also cheats on Darryl and her fiance with Ryan. Kelly may not belong on in the bad area, but she definitely doesn't belong in the good area. Now for Michael, he deliberately sabotages Gabe's Glee party by unhooking the TV cables. He boos Darryl's plumber because he was jealous over not getting a part in the Sweeny Todd show. He looked his employees in the conference room because he didn't like that they made a comment about jail being better then Dunder Mifflin. Michael acts like a child throwing a temper tantrum when he doesn't get his way and it never goes well for him or others involved. Again Michael, like Kelly, does not deserve to be in the bad area. However, again like Kelly, he does not fit in the good area either.

In my opinion, Andy was a very bad character in his first appearance, but after the anger management he became one of the most likeable of the office. All the bad things he did after that were reasonable reactions to some really crazy things happened to him : Angela cheating on him during their engagement, erin leaving him and dating gabe, unsuccessful sales career, his father bullying, flop in musical career, his family getting broke, his brother becoming an alcoholist, nellie stealing his job, being fired, his friends and colleagues ignoring him... like c'mon of course he went crazy!

Phyllis in my opinion is Much more evil, following reasons: -She flirts with guys, for the sake of her husband beating them up. Her husband of course does that to protect his wife. So Phyllis is not only manipulative but also encourages violence. -She uses her position as the Wife of Bob Vance to gain advantages as she threatens other people with him. I wonder if she only married the guy to gain power. -She blackmailed Angela in Season 6 -She is entitled and thinks she always deserves to know and have everything. I mean for me it's clear that Bob Vance is an organized Criminal. You would think someone who runs a successful refrigeration company would live big and would rather have his wife working with him rather than for Dunder Mifflin. But the point is that Vance Refrigeration is probably just there to launder money. So yeah, she is a mafia wife and knows it and uses it

Lowkey pam kinda irritates me for 1 thing. Its the not letting Jim follow his dream. I mean eventhough jim didnt want pam to leave for her shot at becoming an artist, he sucks it up because he knows that it will make her happy. But when jim tries to do the same, which he goes about it in a bad way, pam just kinda goes on the offensive making jim feel bad
Same here while I believe her overall character arc is good in the last season she shows her bad side quite often. The Pam/Jim story line is just plain bad after all the lead up to season 6's marriage episode it's just bad.
Dwight: *tries to burn down building twice, attempts to shoot someone with a poison dart, psychologically torments Jim with snowmen and snowballs, and cheats with Angela on Andy multiple times and tries to fight Andy* Ranking: he’s a literal angel

Jim and Pam should have been more evil. Jim pranked Dwight numerous times throughout the series, and Pam is always asking for more despite how little she does. Not to mention that she flirted with Jim while engaged to Roy.
In my opinion Jim is not as good as we can think: he always ignored and treated his colleagues poorly, he pranked Dwight in some cruel ways, he bullied andy, he minimised everyone's fear and concern with sarcasm, he was terrible in his friendship with Darryl, he ignored pam while he was in philly and I think sometimes he faked being the cute and good guy only for his TV appearance 🤔

She acts like a sweet grandma 90% of the time but she’s shown that she sees other people as mere playthings. I’d put her right below Bob Vance, and I’d put them lower than other characters in the grey area.

Great ranking although Dwight should really be in the grey area for these reasons:
-He had sex with Angela whilst she was engaged to Andy Bernard.
-He tried to get Jim fired through his self-titled “Diabolical Plan”.
-He is constantly rude to everyone except Michael Scott who he protects to a dangerous degree.
-He went behind Michael’s back and tried to steal his position as Regional Manager.
-He wrecks Pam’s house whilst she is giving birth and then plans to make out with Angela in Pam’s house.
-He started a fire because nobody listened to his fire safety lecture.
-He hides weapons around the office.
-He tried to rip everyone off with his health care plan.
-He almost shot Andy Bernard.
-He murdered Angela’s cat by putting it in her freezer then lying to her about it.
-He put a bag with a bat in over Meredith’s head and she got rabies.
-He caused Jim some serious injuries in his snowball fight.

Creed HAS to be the most evil. A lovable evil guy, but definitely evil. He admits to identity theft, and quite clearly thinks it reasonable for someone to suspect him of murder (why run?). We also know he has been a cult leader, admits to financial crime ("Creed Bratton doesn't declare bankruptcy..."), drug trafficker, fake ID provider, a cheat at gambling, regularly steals ("Oh I steal things all the time. It's just something I do"), does not pay restaurant bills, and was on the lamb throughout the entire show. Name one thing that we know about the other characters that comes close to any of that. Being mysterious, manipulative, and calling yourself the lizard king?! Not even remotely close.
There’s no proof that Creed killed anyone. He may have simply known someone who committed murder, or might be an accidental accomplice to one. This explains his reaction. Robert California is massively manipulative and holds the people around him with incredibly little regard. He clearly had some sort of blackmail on Joan, that’s why she gave up her position of CEO to him.

I must say.... waaaay more people should be in the grey area. Kevin being good, a stretch but I can live with that. Gold goes to Pam, silver to Holly, Bronze should go to David or Oscar. Darryl and Phyllis definitely should be in the grey since they're constantly not being very good to others. Darryl constantly either makes fun of or manipulates a situation or someone to get what he wants. Phyllis constantly judges others also and can be very petty and will manipulate easily as well. Kelly is a great area person since she has manipulated some of the minor male characters, like her fiancee and will continue to make horrible personal decisions. This list started good but then let favorites take over and tanked.
Not to mention when Kelly got Jim and dwight in some trouble after falsifying their performance reviews due to them not going to a party she had

Lucy is way more violent and more rude, not only to Charlie Brown, but to pretty much anyone, especially to Linus who is practically a saint. Lucy gives Charlie Brown advice which could only make things worse. She does have some good moments, but if this was a good to evil, she’d probably get neutral. Violet and Patty aren’t much better, but they are just followers and just as a bully Lucy is, they rather join in than stand up. But they also have good moments too, but I’d argue Lucy is worse.
As for Snoopy, Yes, he is self-centered, and he can be a pain in the neck time to time. With that said, I rank him especially high, Snoopy has a lot of good in him. He does help Charlie Brown occasionally, like in the peanuts movie, because he helped him try to talk to the new girl, and even thought him how to dance. He’s also very skilled at mostly everything. Cooking, ping pong, playing the guitar, and more things a human can do. As much as Snoopy is annoying, I’d argue that he’s a good boy for the most part.
He’s also gotta deserve credit for defeating the Red Baron who is the the most evil thing in the Charlie Brown universe

She beat Violet in a verbal fight when it came to “in-fighting.” She verbally, physically, and emotionally abuses Linus and Charlie Brown, destroys Schroeder’s things when he’s told her he doesn’t like her several times. While she has her good moments, most of them are out-shadowed by her cruelty.
Kelly is in fact the most self centered and superficial character on the show. The closest she ever comes to showing consideration for anyone else is allowing Ryan to mistreat her in their relationship.
Remember the time she lied about being raped to cover her lie trying to damage two people's careers over a minor unintentional slight?

- She mocked Ryan during when he got arrested. Ryan may be a douche but him getting arrested doesn’t deserve mocking.
Darryl and Karen should be higher than Phyllis and maybe Kevin.
Stanley should be a bit higher, preferably switching with Kelly.
I was kind of expecting DeAngelo on this list because he was regional manager at one point but I guess not.

Nah you’ve been hoodwinked😂😂Kevin’s character is a complete act. How’s he so good at poker, he takes money from everyone he’s ever made a bet with. Also when everyone found Martin Nash was in prison for fraud, Kevin was worried that it “sounds an awful lot like what I do here every day” 😂 Last hint - Lavernes Pie wagon. Kevin does a quick calculation in his head when he works out that it would take 15 mins to get to the pie wagon (55mph for 13 miles) Then Angela and Oscar call him out and propose a different maths question using salads instead of pie. The joke is that Kevin can’t do it because it’s something he doesn’t care about - but I think Kevin forgot himself slightly, and recovered in the salad problem😂
You forgot something about Toby: he is under heavy suspicion of being the Scranton strangler, and there are a lot of clues leading to that. He at least needed to be in the gray zone.
Edit: you also forgot that Kevin is 99 percent likely to stealing money from the office, and even admits to it

I personally think Michael should be lower. A few things they don't mention are:
-He tries to get dwight (one of his most loyal friends) to take the blame and get fired for his willy wonka idea
- He sexually assaults a few people
- He shoots Jim down for a manager position
- He fake fires multiple people, and at least two have done nothing wrong, which is just awful for someone who needs a job
- He messes up Phylli's wedding cause he tries to be the center of attention
- He treats Toby like garbage ever chance he gets
- He keeps dating a girl named Donna after he finds out she is married
- He ruins one of the Christmas parties because he doesn't believe a girl can be Santa
- And he is just very self centered most of the time unless it's to very specific individuals
Some of the characters (including Michael) they seem to be judging them based off of where they finish rather than how they were throughout it. Dwight also isn't "good" through most of the show's run.

I think Michael and Kelly should have been in the grey area and I think a few characters were missing; Pete, Clark, and Nelly.
There were many that had to been on the grey area and not on the good one... but both Kelly and Michael were good people they never had bad intentions.
Kelly deliberately wrote bad reviews for both Jim and Dwight to mess with their bonuses all because they didn't go to her party. Not to mention she tricks Ryan into thinking she is pregnant so he will date her. She also cheats on Darryl and her fiance with Ryan. Kelly may not belong on in the bad area, but she definitely doesn't belong in the good area. Now for Michael, he deliberately sabotages Gabe's Glee party by unhooking the TV cables. He boos Darryl's plumber because he was jealous over not getting a part in the Sweeny Todd show. He looked his employees in the conference room because he didn't like that they made a comment about jail being better then Dunder Mifflin. Michael acts like a child throwing a temper tantrum when he doesn't get his way and it never goes well for him or others involved. Again Michael, like Kelly, does not deserve to be in the bad area. However, again like Kelly, he does not fit in the good area either.
Pete, Clark, and Nellie are some of the worst, most unnecessary characters this show has ever seen... I'm personally glad they're not on this list

In my opinion, Andy was a very bad character in his first appearance, but after the anger management he became one of the most likeable of the office. All the bad things he did after that were reasonable reactions to some really crazy things happened to him : Angela cheating on him during their engagement, erin leaving him and dating gabe, unsuccessful sales career, his father bullying, flop in musical career, his family getting broke, his brother becoming an alcoholist, nellie stealing his job, being fired, his friends and colleagues ignoring him... like c'mon of course he went crazy!
I agree he changed but he is definetly still unlikable he is just annoying not evil but annoying

Now controversially I would put Charlie in the gray area but where he is more bad than good just because he is too stupid to realize what he does is wrong sometimes. But as for the others in the gang from least to most evil.

Phyllis in my opinion is Much more evil, following reasons:
-She flirts with guys, for the sake of her husband beating them up. Her husband of course does that to protect his wife. So Phyllis is not only manipulative but also encourages violence.
-She uses her position as the Wife of Bob Vance to gain advantages as she threatens other people with him. I wonder if she only married the guy to gain power.
-She blackmailed Angela in Season 6
-She is entitled and thinks she always deserves to know and have everything.
I mean for me it's clear that Bob Vance is an organized Criminal. You would think someone who runs a successful refrigeration company would live big and would rather have his wife working with him rather than for Dunder Mifflin. But the point is that Vance Refrigeration is probably just there to launder money. So yeah, she is a mafia wife and knows it and uses it

Jan became toxic because of Micheal and Dunder mifflin, and Angela should at least be bronze medal of evil for what she did to Andy during Beach day

Lowkey pam kinda irritates me for 1 thing. Its the not letting Jim follow his dream. I mean eventhough jim didnt want pam to leave for her shot at becoming an artist, he sucks it up because he knows that it will make her happy. But when jim tries to do the same, which he goes about it in a bad way, pam just kinda goes on the offensive making jim feel bad
Same here while I believe her overall character arc is good in the last season she shows her bad side quite often. The Pam/Jim story line is just plain bad after all the lead up to season 6's marriage episode it's just bad.

andy tried to get him fired..its not his fault he accidentally hits stanley with his dart and the snowball battle is something they agreed upon and jim had it coming after years of abuse...the building fire is not his fault either...the office are just idiots

Jim and Pam should have been more evil. Jim pranked Dwight numerous times throughout the series, and Pam is always asking for more despite how little she does. Not to mention that she flirted with Jim while engaged to Roy.
Imo Angela is 10x worse then pam
Pam took her relationship with Roy seriously and overall treated him well.
In my opinion Jim is not as good as we can think: he always ignored and treated his colleagues poorly, he pranked Dwight in some cruel ways, he bullied andy, he minimised everyone's fear and concern with sarcasm, he was terrible in his friendship with Darryl, he ignored pam while he was in philly and I think sometimes he faked being the cute and good guy only for his TV appearance 🤔
