What's interesting to note is that in the first game, Bald Bull inexplicably gets a longer intro than the other fighters you face between Glass Joe and Mr Sandman
For casual player of Punch Out, Bald Bull is the perfect example of facing your fear & anticipation head on.

Anticipation : Landing the punch on the bull
Bald bull has been in every punch out game if you count the arcade punch outs as one (which they basically are) including the spin-off arm wrestling
He wasn't in Arcade Super Punch Out (who decided the only title games in this series were allowed to have are "Punch Out" and "Super Punch Out"?)
Honestly I would enjoy having bald bull as a fighter in smash
And for his neutral special he wields a gun

With the exception of Arcade Super Punch-Out, this guy has appeared in every game in the series, even the obscure Arm Wrestling game. Not even Little Mac has such a distinction if you don't count Super Smash Bros. treating his debut date as December 1983.

I just realized in the wii version of punch out bald bull has a bruise on his head from smashing it into the poll 6:30
I’m a little less sure on this now because in the title defense version he hits the right side of his head and the bruise is still on his left. Granted this is a game from 2009 but Nintendo is usually better at little details like this

I love how they tried to make Bald Bull more of a face of the Punch Out series considering they gave him the cameo in Arm Wrestling. They wanted more for their Follicly-Challenged Bovine Boxer
I realized that the main character of arm wrestling looks just like little mac in the arcade version of punch out
In the original NES punch out release where Tyson was locked out and the final fight was Macho Man, Bald Bull was also on the Famicom cart sticker

Fun fact: On an iPhone: the sound in the Arcade game changes depending if you’re full screen or not. Out of full, the cheering sounds lower quality.

It always pissed me off how the referee from the arcade version of punch out always called out what punch you threw when you threw it.

I don’t really know way, probably because the developers thinks it’s really cool that you earn your first belt by countering a Bull charge (Which I definitely agree)
