    Adrian Peterson is one of the greatest RBs in history. Had power, speed, elusiveness. Just so much fun to watch. In the playlist description I put up whatever 2012 AP2K Vikings I could, the Vikings Seahawks game is an all time favorite. Watch week 17 vs Packers NFL uploaded it here: ua-cam.com/video/IGcRHUT42Dw/v-deo.html

      But whats really relevant in 2020's is Eric Bienemy, his RB coach, 13 years ago. Bienemy is now O Coordinator for Chiefs for 3+ seasons. He's no nonsense, but still a relationship building player coach as a former RB himself. He's ALOT like Bruce Arians, he doesn't kiss ass; that's why he kept getting passed up.
      Arians spent 2 decades coaching QBs and being O Coordinator before Pagano leukemia made Arians Colts HC for a year. Arians can't say polite things on the podium, MOST LIKELY the same in Job interviews, being honest. You have to kiss owners asses; make them feel smart about football, which none of them are.

    AP's relationship with his RB coach Bienemy is a big part of his story and this doc. I learned who Bieniemy was in this doc. Its all details, if you can't block, pick up blitzes, you hurt the team, they can't pass when you're on the field. If they know its a run, forget it.
    Once Bienemy got onto the Andy Reid school, a former RB and RB coach in the most pass happy innovative system, he's the best O coach out there. Wayyyy less experienced and successful assistant coaches got HC jobs. Zac Taylor. You coordinate the best offense you get a HC gig.

    I been a Vikings fan for 61 years and i seen a lot of Viking greats Watching Tarkenton having Defenders chasing him around the field was priceless! But Peterson took priceless to a whole new level! I seen every game Peterson played in, either on TV or the stadium! The man was an absolute blast to watch play his game and he got my fat ass off my seat more than any other player! I hope he retires a Viking!

      One of the GOATs at Running Back, period. This is only his first 2 seasons. AP2K 2012 is unbelievable, a man of steel. I have some of those 2012 games in my playlist. Check out wk9 vs Seahawks Marshawn Lynch vs AP ua-cam.com/video/rT-IWuBZ-fU/v-deo.html and the NFL put up the crazy week 17 Vikings Packers when he carried the team 220+ yards into the playoffs by himself. And came 17 yards from the all time record. Its the best season by a RB, ever, he had awful Christian Ponder QB so 11 defenders keyed on him every snap and he still powered them to a Playoff. Then they lost Ponder too and used a WR at QB in playoffs.

    I’m completely shocked on how Eric bienemy has not been a coach
    Shady mccoy needs to grow up, dude was trying push him . Bienemy is someone who loves and cares for the players he just wants to keep pushing u to be the best
    Isn’t that was a real man wants? Forget if he screams at u he’s trying to correct u so u can get better
    I hope Washington hires him he would be great for dc

      Oh HELL no, working for Dan Snyder is career suicide. Bienemy is getting ONE shot; he can't choose an idiot meddlesome owner. Dude I feel for you; loving the Skins/Commies has to be the most painful shit ever, unless you're as old as me and can remember the 80's to 1991. But Snyder is terrible.

      washingtoncitypaper.com/article/221900/the-cranky-redskins-fans-guide-to-dan-snyder/ You need to read this; and everything Snyder has done in last 5 years makes total sense once you realize who he is. The owners made an awful choice in 98 to accept his purchase; and have been regretting it since at least 2003; when he threw a TANTRUM about not getting to host a Superbowl and trashed the respected Bidwills. NO deference to one of the founding families of the NFL that hung tight during the early decades 1920-1950s before TV.. when College Football was bigger and Radio didn't earn millions. www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/34778123/washington-commanders-owner-dan-snyder-claims-dirt-nfl-owners-roger-goodell

      It's probably like a 5 way tie with Jim Brown, Walter Payton, Adrian Peterson, Barry Sanders, Emmit Smith. All having long productive careers, hard to bring down, all who powered their offenses. I love Earl Campbell but it was a short career. Marshal Faulk, Dickerson, Ladanian Tomlinson, are a tie for #2 best all time Running Back. The fact they were eliminated in postseason games by guys like Bill Bellichik puts them at #2.

      Barry was Barry, the most shifty back in history. All Day Peterson is more like Walter Payton, Power, Determination, good elusiveness and speed but power and determination was what made them SPECIAL. To punish defenders down after down, game after game, year after year. THATS AD. His last 3 seasons are sad, a shell of himself, playing on cheap deals trying to get out of debt.

    • @WalterWhiteFootballSharing
      @WalterWhiteFootballSharing  Рік тому

      In addition, 2012 Adrian Peterson 2097 yards is the most incredible F___ season ever for a RB. He had ZERO passing offense to make DBs and LBS respect their zones and cover guys. It was all AP all game all season, all the way to nearly breaking the record for yards by like 16. I have a bunch of those 2012 games up condensed, check the playlist ua-cam.com/play/PLbGLzzomCfA5npQeb0jTnkevd_2UmV-FA.html 2012 A.D. has to be seen to be believed

    As the Chiefs have now traded Tyreek Hill March 2022, signed bigger WRs that block...look for Bienemy and Reid to draft more TEs and go back to Reid and Bienemy's roots: Running people over. Bengals stopped them using dime and dropping 8. NOBODY does that because they'll get run over. The Bengals didnt.

    • @WalterWhiteFootballSharing
      @WalterWhiteFootballSharing  Рік тому +1

      I was RIGHT about more TEs in Chiefs 2022 Season! Sort of right about the run game. The extra TEs forced defenses to play big to not get run over but it was usually play action. What NOBODY could predict: #1 Offense of 2022 WITHOUT TYREEK; Only #4 Offense of 2021 WITH Tyreek. Mahomes is the FIRST Season MVP QB to win a Superbowl since Kurt Warner 1999!!! He broke the curse! Usually the MVP QB is, like Mahomes in 2022, always trying to score because their defense is suspect. Suspect Defense LOSES Postseason games, always. Except now!

      That nickname from HS and college faded but it was a good one. The Vikings rode him all day every game, esp Christian Ponder era of bad passing game. STILL a playoff contender on running alone, which is almost impossible. They just stack 8, even Derrick Henry was average when his QBs were below avg. He peaked because Tannehil peaked 2019-2020-2021.

      This was broadcast on NFL Network in 2008; and I bought the DVD for 5$ just to convert and share it. Watching this back then I was impressed with Bienemy; and how the story of Adrian Peterson is more then talent; he became a complete back because of no nonsense hard coaching. I never thought he'd be what he was 2018-present with the Chiefs; borrowing college concepts, putting out something that's unique and record breaking. Haters want to credit Andy Reid solely.

    • @WalterWhiteFootballSharing
      @WalterWhiteFootballSharing  2 роки тому +1

      In my mind, the reason Bienemy isn't a Head Coach is he's just like Arians...So he's not groveling to idiot owners enough in interviews. Oh you're so smart Mr Billionaire, you know almost as much about football as I do, I'll be sure to ask your advice on every game plan and decision I make. Plus unlike the trendy O coaches, he doesn't remind a single owner of his handsome nephew. We see again and again awful white head coaches hired full of old school tough guy tropes these doddering owners think is the REAL problem: His black employees that went thru poverty, hardships, unbelievable training and sacrifice and pain since age 14; are SOFT. They NEED to be taught "toughness" by some middle class white guy who a billionaire enjoys talking to who never experienced half of what a kid growing up in the projects has had to.

    • @WalterWhiteFootballSharing
      @WalterWhiteFootballSharing  2 роки тому +2

      Arians coached Great Offense for 20 years; interviewed constantly for HC. He ONLY got HC because Chuck Pagano had cancer; and made the 2012 Colts overachieve. Only THEN did the Cardinals give him a shot in 2013. Arians is beloved by all his underlings. Owners usually don't like that kind of leadership for some reason.

      @@WalterWhiteFootballSharing Dude this was a good read. This video definitely showcases well why AP was so dominant back in the day with someone like Bienemy in his corner.
      Listening to his passion for the game it’s surprising he hasn’t been a HC coach but that’s just how it is right now. I figured you’d have to do some ass kissing to get up high in the ranks of an org.

I usually piss off everyone with stats blowing up myths about the past. And present. People keep whining how much "football sucks nowadays" my whole life. Lawrence Taylor got so much hate from my uncles. " You think a Drug Addict N word who wears an earring like a GIRL is an all time great? He's no Dick Butkus/Sam Huff/insert any white guy they watched growing up here" Today's white kids will be saying the same shit, in 2040: "That kid is okay, but He's no JJwatt or Gronk. Better. Derrick Henry without a QB in 2016-18 wasn't a big deal. Tannehil mid 2019 suddenly Henry exploded. Adrian Peterson NEVER had a pass game to take pressure off. HIS 2000 in 2012 came with awful passing, Ponder 6.1 Yards per Attempt. He CARRIED the team to the playoffs. Henry could not. Henry is great but just like 99.9% of RBs. Adrian Peterson is the .1%. Walter Payton territory; carrying an offense to contention. But even Payton needed #1 D and a Good mcmahon for 85. Running to win is hard, too hard for postseason winning.
