As a tennis player, this is insane to me. The footwork required for tennis on a regular surface is already hard enough, but ice skating AND tennis? It's so cool watching them dance around the ball like it's nothing, I already know that it's so much harder than it looks
I know how exactly you feel, I'm baffled.
Especially with how they slide back to return a ball from the corner

As long as you're a good skater i think it's safer than how regular tennis players slide
OF COURSE Canadians invented this! I hear it's also true that ice skates just grow out of Canadians' feet and have to be cut off every spring. So.
@@TrueMikeyQthey definitely got me when he started jumping and diving and was still able to get back on his feet every time with 0 delay

This is awesome! Tennis is the one sport that can mess with the surfaces so drastically, there should be like a center or something where you can rent and play on all these random ones that don't even make sense: brick, concrete, glass, glass with a thin layer of water, hardwood, mud, plastic, rubber, whatever!

I am Japanese, and I play soft tennis using balls which made of rubber.
Could you tell me what the ice tennis ball is made of?
Also, why is one of you hitting the backhand on the side of the racquet that is different from the side of the forehand?
I would like to know because changing the side and hitting is the way to hit of soft tennis.
