Thank you so much. I do put tons of time into these video between my appointments. It take roughly 2 hours for each video. I also have another video regarding the vehicle settings here ua-cam.com/video/QMyaRpxBOb4/v-deo.htmlsi=GiSWe8q-xW9NKHMZ If you like to go above and beyond to truly help me out. You can mention (Crazy Honda Chris) in a five-star Google review. I am graded more on feedback than sales and that truly helps me out. Don’t forget to subscribe if you haven’t. Chris’s videos are awesome! We recently purchased a used Accord and his videos showed us so many features we had no idea existed! Love these! And I think you’ve sold me on the Ridgeline.

I've seen the new Ridgeline in the showroom and it looks better up close. I wish I had a power window in the back. Imagine the great airflow. Also that horn sounds better than my Honda CR-V LoL. Much louder. Thank you for all your hard work that you put into this video. You do a great job with explaining all the features on this Ridgeline. This is why your channel is growing CHC!
You just earned yourself a new subscriber! I am looking at getting a new truck in a few months and I've looked at all new midsize trucks and the Ridgeline is the best out of all! Super spacious interior for me being 6 foot 3 and tons of storage in both the back seat and the trunk in the back. This is the nicest truck out of the bunch when it comes to midsize trucks. Thanks for all the info!
Awesome review; I have a 2011 Honda Ridgeline which I love, but after watching the video, I would really like to have the 2024 Ridgeline. Thanks for the great video !
Chris You definitely give the best reviews. I love Honda Ridgelines. I have a 2012 Honda Ridgeline RTL with almost 300 k miles with zero issues and I am looking at a new 2024 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition.
Thank you so much for your support and super kind words. You just don't hear much positivity in my line of work. It's awesome to hear how well your 2012 Honda Ridgeline treated you and hope the new Ridgeline will do the same. If you like to go above and beyond to truly help me out. Please do a walk around of the 24 Ridgeline with the black edition. Specifically show the inside of the vehicle at dusk so that we can see the ambient lighting on the inside the floorboards, the console , the cup holder. It’s important to see its affects at night. Thanks
By far the best vehicule review i have seen. Question : for the auto stop botton , is there a way to dissable the auto stop, on a permanent basis , via vehicule settings. Thanks again for the good review!
I RARELY comment on anything but, this video and your presentation is excellent - my only critique is slow down your talking just a bit. Having said that, I wish you were in Louisiana - I’d come see you when it’s time 😊
Same thing, I just clicked on the settings icon and set the speed for .75 - I just got the Trailsport recently and this was very helful getiing familiar with all the settings in this truck.
@@steveo363 I haven’t shopped yet and I WAS contemplating the 2024 when it finally came out but, since we are so close to 2025 I wonder if there will be a newer model, you think?
What the don’t tell you at the dealer, is the ridgeline and the passport are the only two Hondas in the line up that don’t get low-speed follow with the adaptive cruise control. That means at 25 miles and hour or less the system will shut off.
I'm on the sales floor and I try to play around with these vehicles often so I can answer many questions as possible. That's kind of the whole point of my videos.
There's no way to make mileage adjustments or any. Here's my video for the vehicle settings ua-cam.com/video/QMyaRpxBOb4/v-deo.htmlsi=Aj-v4LGT5z_xwe5l showing you the options under the vehicle settings tab
You are correct. I corresponded with Honda. They told me that Honda chose to not put a Telematrix control unit (TCU) in any 2024 Ridgeline trim. So it’s not just a software/application load or switch. It was done on purpose. IMO that was a poor choice.
I wouldn't spend 4 dollars on a Colorado or a Canyon. I have a friend that has a Canyon and that thing lives in the shop. My 2012 Honda Ridgeline has 300 k miles on it and I have had zero problems.
This is probably the most thorough video for a vehicle I've ever watched!

I'll put this on my list if I ever have the opportunity again since I'm no longer with Randy Kuehl Honda.

There's not a setting on the vehicle to permanently turn it off.
excellent video! love this car

Correct, Just Adaptive Cruise Control and NOT Adaptive Cruise Control with Low Speed Follow.
Well done
Thank you so much!
very informative!
Glad you think so!
Love your videos, Can you please do the black edition ! Thanks in advance
Its on my list
Please review the Black Edition so I can compare it to my2023. Thanks.
It's on my today list for sure. Just waiting for another to show up.
Great video- thanks!

Your welcome! 😊
I love it! Thanks for watching
Does the rear door swing out 90* like the CRV? I thought they updated that on the newer ridgeline...
The rear does come out further/wider but not as far as the CRVs
@@CrazyHondaChris-H18 thanks bud
Wonder why no brake hold. My wifes 19 crv has it, my 15 accord doesn't.
@luckydawg03 not sure why Honda didn't offer it on the Ridgelines
Please what is the common problem with Honda HRV 2024?
I'm on the sales floor and I try to play around with these vehicles often so I can answer many questions as possible. That's kind of the whole point of my videos.
How do you change your maintenance interval for oil changes. I would like to set mine at 5K miles.

Chris I always have my Honda maintenance whenever the code comes up for it ! Isn’t that the way we should do it?!!
Great vid! Does the RTL trim now include Navigation for '24? I know RTLE is gone from lineup.
The RTL E was replaced with the new TrailSport trim. You will have the wireless carplay and android auto which has the GPS.
@@CrazyHondaChris-H18 thanks!
How come the ridgeline Hondalink doesn’t have the remote start from your wireless phone? Other models have that available.
Im assuming it could be the computer system. Some reason American Honda didn't make it available in the Ridgelines

So what does RTL stand for?
Just a trim level.
Ahh mu 2021 rtle has leather captain chairs which i luv
Thanks for watching
Chris, no heated steering wheel on RTL ?
That's correct, Heated leather-wrapped steering wheel is standard on the TrailSport and Black Edition.
It's pleasure m'y Boss
Thanks for watching
Thank you 🤝
How is nobody else bothered by that ugly trim around the back window
Thanks for watching
$44 thousand? Buy a Colorado or Canyon!
Thanks for watching
Why there ride sucks I test drove all of them Honda is a much better build product yes I own a 2021 rtl
