Really like these types of stories. Mr Creepy Pasta did one about a guy and his brother trapped in an endless parking garage about a year or two back. This reminded me of that a lot. Excellent work here.
Imagine he came out into basically an identical alternate dimension, that doesn't have Aaron in it. Then that'd explain why no one knows him and nothing is wrong with him, and could explain the off chance of the whole sub floors being an open portal
Or by staying in the garage he was wiped from their reality and that's why everything seemed to change for op, because that's life if Aaron never existed, and they are they only ones who are conscious of it.

This seems to be the most plausible and easiest to infer for me. Otherwise why would he have to get back in the car? I think that’s the point- they got out of the car, and got lost in the maze. OP is still in the maze.

The Story was Different Refreshing and again very different from the normal ones which is not a bad but something new to hear is very welcoming. This Parking story was outta box and man it pleased. Kudos to Dr.Wicked. Keep em coming
Seems like they were supposed to get back in the car after reaching the B1 level stairwell. And I’m guessing the old man is Aaron mumbling ( get back in the car), and the big eyes were Aaron’s and the whisper probably as well. I think if the Protagonist didn’t leave Aaron and instead helped him get back in the car and drove up to the next floor they would have made it out. Remember, the voice ( Aaron) wanted them to get out, but now Aaron’s old and crazy in an in between world and the Protag is in an alternate universe.
I loved that at the end, Ethan ended up saying the phrase “we have to get back in the car” This has to be some sort of time-loop, alternate dimension stuff right? Either way, REALLY freaky! I LOVED it!
I Think so too!! I think maybe different version of him and Aeron go in. And they somehow they all are connected, maybe they all leave without Aeron, making them go back, but every time they go back, they leave into a different versions dimension

This is why I continue to watch these kinds of videos, even tho 90 % of them suck. But every once in a while, a golden egg. This was fantastic.
