Those watches are cool Chukes. I like the simple face because with my eyes can't see all those tiny fancy small multiple extras on the face. Again cool watches!
I used to wear Seiko and Gruen watches in my 20s, and then I started wearing large tactical watches in my 30s, but I kept smacking them on objects, so I went cheap and started buying Casio and Citizen brand digital watches in my 40s. It was a pain to remember how all the features worked, so in my 50s I switched to simple battery powered dial watches and there I remain. I'm on my second Japanese "George" watch, only because after wearing out two bands, I found it was cheaper to simply replace the entire watch. The George has luminescent hands and I think I paid $20 for it two years ago. For the watch aficionados out there, I do have one very nice watch, my Dad's all original square gold finished Omega with the stretching metal band. It's quite comfortable, but I don't wear it because of its sentimental and monetary value.
@@Paladin1873 I really like the inexpensive Casio, Citizen (those are a little more pricey than the others sometimes) and Invicta. The quartz watches work great!
@@ChukesOutdoorAdventures Funny you mention Invicta, my wife has a friend who was a long time employee of the owners (all billionaires). From some of the stories she told us, they live in another world we can only imagine.

Cool watch. I need.to.buy a watch someday, but something half this price maybe.
Looks pretty cool Chuke, hell if you get in a tight spot, you might be able trade it for freedom. Take care, God bless. 😊

Nobody makes a decent, affordable watch. Theres no middle ground anywhere.
