I love your tutorials and I love how you and Misti get along! 💕
Awww I ADORE U ALL U BROUGHT BACK THE SCRUNCHY. THANX SO-OO MUCH 4 SHARING. CAN'T WAIT 2 C THE TUTORIAL ON THE SECRET QUILT JENNY WAS BINDING.
I agree, don't care for the sticky dots for the rulers. but have found for the longer cuts to use a weight on the far end. I use a 3 pound weight. What a difference. no more waggle as I get to the other end. Love your tutorials.
That is the easiest, simplest, binding instruction I've seen Thanks! Not a multiple of instructions that get confusing!
Thanks for this tutorial, no one ever showed me how to use the cutter correctly. Love your rulers, also table height is more important than I ever realized.
I have learnt so much from your great and very clear and easy to follow tutorials thank you from the UK x
Thank you so much for the glue binding tip. I used it today and it was so much easier than pins or clips. I have always had problems trying to keep everything in place so it gets caught when stitching in the ditch. Something always slipped so always had to seam rip and fix. That is “Tip of the Year!”
Had to catch a replay again but sooo worth it. You guys are awesome! Jenny, you have the sweetest way of letting us know it's okay to be human and there are ways to work around any hindrances we have to deal with. ❣️
Loved Jenny's binding tips. I learned to bind watching her tutorial on binding. I've learned so much from all of her tutorials. I'm pretty much home bound now so I look forward to Friday and the new tutorial. Thank you so much for all your info. Wish I could get to your shops but it would be a trek from New Jersey.
Thanks for the sweet message and support Linda Jensen! We are so glad you've learned a lot from our tutorials. Keep up the great work and happy quilting! :)
My daughter lives in Wyoming, so a couple of weeks ago I ordered some rulers to go to her, my son was visiting her and he will be bringing them home to me in the UK, as well as the first block of the month I have signed up to. He is back tomorrow, so excited to see him, as well as my rulers.
Another fun kid project. Love the scrunchies. You need to keep going with the kid tutorials
Thanks so much. My cutting table was waayyyyyy too high for me. NOw I know why I was having trouble cutting. Just ordered your rulers.
Love watching past videos
Omg! “Leg warmers for your hair” 😂😂😂 I love you guys!
I love you Jenny, your videos are the best. Distracting having someone off camera commenting.
LOL Leg warmers for your hair! lololol. Great live show. Loved the scrunchie too!!
I remember making scrunchies for my daughter and grand daughters. You guys are so cute.
Sounds like wonderful memories, Linda!
Great show! I loved the Q\A and demos!
Hey from SC!
Love the rulers!! Prepping for Hurricane Florence. Thanks for the info ladies. I actually love the the rulers, they have upped my HST fabulousness, seriously!

Missed you today. On the road coming home to Florida from visiting family in Ohio
Just got the splash cutter, I love it, very easy to change the blade xx
How I would love to do a workshop with you.. please come to Perth Australia .. you guys are much loved
You two are so cute. Love the Tuesday videos
hey from Maryland, was at store buying up groceries, etc for Hurricane prep. Stay safe everyone!!!!
Stay safe Trudy Thomas! We are thinking of you all at this time.
Hi Jenny....two suggestions...if you cut the binding 1/4 inch less...it will fit perfectly. The second hint is when you go to sew the two pieces together....so you know which was to sew, think of the letter A and you sew across the A....that little hint has saved me so many times!
I love that way to change the blade.
Oh no! Not scrunches again! I had dozens of them in every color of the rainbow. This was a great show, you looked like you had so much fun with this episode. 😀
Love the Scrunchies
I just love watching you two!! I always learn so much! Tell Jake it didn't ruin my lunch...HAHAHA!
My grandma used to do that. I have done it too. 😁
I love those rulers they make sense to my brain too
Funny how Misty is trying so hard to hide that quilt from us!
She is adorable, love her addition to this show.
Welcome Misty!
Thank you for the great tips!
So good you're back.
Andrea from Hooper Utah
Here's my binding tip. Instead of over-lapping the full width of your binding, shorten the over-lap by the size of your seam allowance first. So, if your binding is 2-1/2" and your seam allowance is 1/4", only over-lap by 2-1/4". I sew my binding with a 3/8" seam allowance, so I would only over-lap by 2-1/8" (2-1/2" - 3/8" = 2-1/8"). Since your binding has "give" in it, it will easily stretch from your ending stitch to your starting stitch. If you cut them with the exact binding width as your over-lap, you will often end up with a small annoying pleat. This method works on any size binding. Just take your binding width minus your seam allowance to get the amount needed for the over-lap. Works every time. Hope this makes sense.
I just wanted to say that (I haven’t tried them) but I think the block lock would not really work for those of us who prefer to iron our seams open. So I really like the slotted trimmers. I must get me a set. Santa list?🤪
I always cut my binding 1/4” shorter than the width , that way there is no bubble in the finished edge.
What did Jenny do to get the Quilting Police to set off their Sirens outside the shop. Maybe it was her using the glue instead of her hands..... LOL! Just kidding Jenny! I love the glue trick!
Arroyo Grande High School in California has same colors. Might have to make a bunch for the girls. Cheer, volleyball, tennis, track & cross country.
Love the color of the rulers
I am in an Autism walk for my grandson on the 22nd here in Indiana. Otherwise I would go to Missouri for your birthday bash. Someday I will make it there!
Debbie Weigle hello from Byrness Northumberland England

@@mgs783 Thank you! I will do whatever for Kaden!

Hi from canada
Watching in Nashville! ❤️
My dentist many years ago got me to stop biting my thread....lol and I use the paper medical tape for ruler...it's great!!
There is a non snow season in North Pole...beautiful but short summer.
You don’t go too fast
I enjoy your tutorials
I know this is no longer live. But you reminded me of my 7th grade teacher who got upset with me for putting straight pins in my mouth to hold while I worked. I never hurt myself but I don't do that anymore.
I love your videos, but being in Australia, I don’t get to see your live episodes, and for whatever reason (probably cos I’m a bit of a technophobe) I can watch after the live event 😢😢
Alexandra Gee Me too.
The sirens went off because they heard you ripped a bunch of stitches from that binding and a lot of people gasped. It was more than likely the quilting police...
LOL!
Good Morning! Hi from Brisbane, Australia
Good evening from Goonellabah Australia
Steam a Seam 1/4" double sided fusible tape is great, too, (available from MSQC) if you don't want the mess of glue.
You guys are great and funny,,,,,,,love every single video, I have a question Jenny what was the length of elastic you used for the scrunchie ? , I know you used the 2 and 1/2 inch jelly roll strip, But you didn't say for elastic. Thank you in advance
hello from SC and hurricane prep
Bed risers come in different heights and widths and also can elevate the table easily and affordably.
Love your tutorials
Used to Mike scrunchies, that one could make 2, I used half lengh, about 22"
Wish I could be at your birthday bash since my 60th birthday is the 22nd, but my darling husband is throwing a party for me!
Ack. More closeups please for us visual learners. Thanks.
Missouri Star Quilt Co. Is Awesome
Hello from Auckland New Zealand
I don't know if I am to late to ask a question, but where did you get your cutting board? It looks huge! And I like the square center with the lines the way they are.
Hi, Pat in Spring Branch TX
Does the cutter automatically close? I have one that does,it makes it safer. I don't know the brand. What height should a table be to cut? What height for sewing on a table? You use a wool pad for ironing and pressing?
I searched high and low for rulers just like the MSQC ones Jenny came up with, they don’t exist outside of MSQC
hi from the beach in CA
North pole has two seasons, summer and winter. Only snow in the winter.
Hello! How are you guys liking the Sparrow 30?
Elmers washable glue sticks work great
Hi from Gurnee Il.
My rose gold scissors don’t work right and I tried to get replaced because I got on deal of day. MSQC wouldn’t replace 😞
Hi from Ia. Been down to Hamilton 4 times so far, and I Love it. But do you have a 10 inch ruler?
Any suggestions for storing or displaying our rulers?
Hello from England
There is a North Pole in Alaska. No it's not snowy all year. There is a Santa Claus house there. My amazed, less than 1 year daughter sat on Santa's lap there.
What is the brand of the rotary cutter feateared? Is it Quilter's Select?
Can you use the trimmers for squaring up hourglass squares?
Walden, NY
So I am assuming that they have done a tutorial by now on the quilt they were working on here. Which one was it?
Wipe a swipe of washable glue glue on the back of rulers so they do not to slide, let dry 2 mins.. Washes off when done.
Nope it was because she ripped the binding and everyone gasped.
Hi from Czech republic
She was binding the Giddap quilt!
as far as table height.....I have to use my dining room table so I had my son make me a table that fits my cutting board (plus and little) and I just sit it our on one end of my table and go at it. he built it to my height and all is great. then I can take it off and sit it under my bed when not in use or I have supper company
Hello from Sweden.

Hi from Tasmania
Did you make the small ironing board, or where can it be purchased?
Thank you. I just heard the answer.
Its hard to get out of the packaging. You need to cut the bag. I tried to get mine out and broke the ends to ruler A. But still usable. Just FYI😀
Hi, Alicia! Please get in touch with us at 888-571-1122 or info@missouriquiltco.com. Thanks!

I also like the Heirloom Creations “how to bind a quilt-6 simple steps”. It’s a different method to end but I like it and use it also.
