I started watching Statham's Operation Fortune movie last night. I love Statham, but this one is a struggle. It's got Cary Elwes, Hugh Grant channeling Michael Caine, and Aubrey Plaza. I stopped after 45 minutes. I'll try to do another 25 tonight, then maybe finish it off tomorrow.
@@cobbler88 yeah i didnt feel it either,I get they try to introduce new characters into the industry,same like Ana de armas in the bond movie,then after that she was in action movies,but For Jason,what they try to do is put him in a comedic role like batista,so they switch from time to time.
@@TheForex_Lounge He was good in Spy, but the fact that he played it straight but over the top is what made him funny in that film. I guess essentially they're trying to do that here but differently. And the part about a competing team allegedly on the same side just seems silly. He's kind of babysitting here. They might have done better to go for the "The Pacifier" vibe.

All about Sung Kang for me. Looks absolutely awesome. Sure hope I can see in in the movie theater. My gut says it will be pulled in Oct and go exclusively to streaming.

I gave this movie a 13 out of 13 skulls.If you want a movie with a ton of action from the moment it starts to the moment it ends this is the movie.I highly recommend I had an early showing and I was the only one to go see this movie so I'd highly recommend if you want a movie full of action a rollercoaster of action.You need to go see this movie
This is definitely not one of Luc Bresson's best movies...but it's watchable. The one thing that I found fault with this movie was the casting of the 13 year old boy who was supposed to be Eurasian but is obviously 100% Asian ...but then again, in one of the last lines of the movie in Paris the mother shows her pregnancy test and when asked if it's his, she replies "does it matter?" and he said "No".....which is about as French as it gets.
what if the 'Sleeping Dogs' video game was turned into a movie. more "Year of the Dragon (1985)" with Mickey Rourke and John Lone, than "Big Trouble In Little China (1986)," with Kurt Russell, Dennis Dun, Kim Catrrall, James Hong and Victor Wong. Rourke played a NYPD blue captain ("Stanley White") fighting against a Triad boss (John Lone, as "Joey Tai").
i already watching today.the story line at first very interesting pack with action but in the middle till the end more to love/family drama.not recommend for those who expect full of action
movies need to stop this thing of The bad guys giving a speech b4 trying to execute someone just for the person to exept the execution ,whilst the good guy goes straight to executing someone

NAHHH he would’ve been the PERFECT fit for the movie over Luke 100% - there’s no reason to give Luke’s character some attention
