Thanks Tom i appreciate it! Learned a lot from others on youtube so hopefully these videos can help someone else out like it did for me! The Body is a single piece of Curly Walnut, the fretboard is wenge, and the neck is a combination of Black Limba and Padauk!
Looks good, great wood choices...but the "bone" in bone nut doesn't mean wood lol. You should probably watch a few videos on how to properly set that up as that may be the tuning issue that you are talking about in another comment.
concealing is a good idea for future builds inside the fret marker inlays. Realistically you only need the 4 since the fretboard and neck are rigid and the more holes you drill through, the more likely you'll create and error and accidentally punch through the bottom of the neck
Kept the original design with the intonation built in to the bridge for this one. I did properly measure the intonation on the latest headless build i just completed though!
Love the guitar! I especially like the info about how the black limba wood has those orange chunks in it because of fungus, so cool!
Gotta maximize on the features! each wood has its own character

yea next build has it all set up, got a guitar technician to walk me through the steps
So why not use more brass inserts for alignment of the fretboard and do as inlays? More risk with each hole? ? Nice build

I didn’t see any measurement for the scale to ensure it will intonate?

The sound clear of the rythmique in chords is bad, Its accuracy is false, no ? Otherwise beautiful guitar.
i believe you. I still need to work on fine tuning the tailpiece to get the harmonics on the 12th string.
