I’ve had this ice cream in Taiwan. They are much lighter and less creamy than Western ice creams so it makes it easier to consume the tall portions. But they are refreshing!
tow ice cream is different bcuz that long ice cream not that much "cream" is more watery and no any milk in the ice cream and very low cost to make so can sell long with low price u can buy one big size for 2 USD I'm Taiwanese so I know and every time I go to "淡水" I always buy one to eat taste not that good but it's alot😁
10: Ice cream 9: Fluffy/Souffle pancakes 8: A big freakin pizza (they probably sell it in slices rather than a whole pizza) 7: (from top to bottom): Boba with aiyu jelly // Boba with mung beans // mung beans with aiyu jelly // regular bubble tea // aiyu jelly with milk tea // aiyu jelly with lemon tea // shaved ice (boba and mung bean flavored, respectively). The boba comes out hot so it's a nice balance between hot/cold (hot tapioca balls are to die for) when you're walking around a night market! 6: The direct translation would be fried barley, but its basically something like a crepe with the flavors cabbage, peanut + sesame, and red beans. The process is shown in the video so I won't go into that. 5: So I've actually never seen this shop/type of food before. I'm assuming its something similar to an egg sandwich, where the egg wraps around (as shown in the video) tofu, fresh vegetables, rice, meat, etc. Seems pretty interesting though! If I ever stop by the place, I'll update this comment with exactly what it is. 4: Teppanyaki fried rice! I've never been to the store but I can say with confidence that night market teppanyaki fried rice slaps. It's amazing. And really cheap as well. Honestly, if you had a large sauté pan you may be able to cook something similar. 3: A regular boba shop. I rarely drink from that store though; 珍煮丹(Jenjudan) is a really great place that I usually go to. Both taste amazing though. 2: Pretty sure this is called a Taiwanese Castella cake. I used to call it the jiggly cake as a kid. I did some research and I'm pretty sure the spread they put on top was a mix of egg yolk and butter. Another flavor they offer is honey! 1: Not sure why they only showed the fried rice, but this is just teppanyaki fried rice again. However, I saw on the shop's menu that they sell oyster omelettes as well. It is a GEM. It's a must have and even though it may sound a tad bit weird, it tastes amazing. I usually get it at night markets, because those always taste great. Storefronts have really good oyster omelettes as well though! Hope this helps! If you have any questions about a specific dish let me know:)

Are they easier to hold?
@@lilmagnoliabeauty4184 yes. Ice cream is stiff.
You can make one of this but with just egg and rice

Oh My Goodness, It all looks so good. Everything that I watch, My mouth is watering.
Its so humid in Taiwan ice cream instantly melts.
Wonder how that stays frozen there?
Please add English subtitles and the name of the dish, as very hard to understand the ingredients visually sometimes, specially the spices
Those tall ass ice cream cones look impossible to eat, or at least to eat slowly
There’s so much that could go wrong and I love it
But I also love the fact that the cones are made to recieve the melted iczcream so you have less on your hands xD
Well, it's a bit like sex. Even if something could go wrong it's still good.
Even Mt. Everest is shorter than that 😂

The giant icecream cones can only work in the Winter, otherwise they'd melt so fast you wouldn't be able to eat 2/3rds of it.
Not true. I had one in summer in Japan. It was fine. It depends how stable the ice cream mixture is and the melting point.
