As a person with a strong passion for the art of running I love motivating myself and others to run also. It all started with some videos I watched couple of years back when i was around 15 years old, at first I hated every second of running 'hard', but the motivational videos kept me going to the point I can't live any longer without the ecstatic feeling of Running.

I’ve been running like ass this season for high school cross country, judging by my workouts and my coach he wanted me to be in the 17 min for 5k. Currently I haven’t even broken 19 min. I have so much energy left in races, I just can’t do it. I feel like this is a mental block and hopefully I will get there because tomorrow is a big race. I need to keep pushing no matter the pain

This is so relatable I just ran a 2:19 in a 800m race which is not that great but I spirited at the last 300m and got third it was the 4x800 by the way. I went all the way
