    Rather than increase property taxes and land transfer taxes, privatize garbage collection, snow removal, the TTC and Toronto Public Housing. Introduce a head tax. Eliminate wasteful spending on street name changes. Increase parking fines and fees. Use the proceeds to pay off the accumulated deficit
