This reminds me of my pregnancy days when I an aquaphile would swim in our huge backyard pond to help my anxiety. Most days I'd come home on my hour break from work to put on my bikini and plunge in to be at peace underwater with my fish. Bring underwater really helped calm down my stress. My coworkers often wondered my i would come back with damp hair. 😜🤣
