I was four books in the series when I started watching ACOTAR videos and realised I'd been pronouncing Feyre wrong... I'd pronounced it like Fee-air, like Guy Fieri 😅 love watching your reviews, great video as always 🩷
Omg I'm so happy I checked the title a second time! I was on your other review of this book and thought it was the spoiler free version I literally have the book in front of me, and I was using the video as a transition into actually reading it. 😅 I would have been so upset, lol. Won't be playing your vids without pausing and double checking from now on, lmao
I feel like we're on the same wavelength! I had pretty much the same reactions to these books so far (I've only read the first two of the series).... the annoying use of the same words (corners of his mouth turned up, throat bobbing, vulgar gestures--YES). Despite the negatives, still couldn't put it down! :) Thanks for the funny and relatable review!
Whole-heartedly agree with everything you said. I'm only half way through the book though (Summer Court interlude). And YES, the same expressions being constantly overused is driving me crazy. Maybe it's my (ex) librarian side talking, but I honestly can't deal with bad writing. And I feel like this series is on the verge of just that up until now. I do hope that side gets better. (Silently waiting for confirmation)
As I’m reading this with a group of friends. Some whom have already finished the series, I am about a third of the way through this book and to me. It’s just too much worldbuilding. I find I’m alone in that opinion.
i like this book. thanks for your recommendation cassian, i'd be interested in a first hand account of the story someday.
5:41 I wouldn't gather children in a circle and read it to them 😂😂

Book rating 4.3 I was legit one of the people that thought “how did you get to that number from the category ratings?!?!” 😂😂😂😂😂
😂
I think a 4.3 is a fair rating for this book.
I agree.
Omg the LINT FLICKING ahahahahahahaha so true
