  • This was in 2002, first ride after a broken ankle and out for a rip at the local rodeo! I can’t believe they allowed me into public riding this way. Must have been why they always called me “happy feet”! 😂😂

I did this back in 1974 on my CR250. They made me start from a dead start and the horse got a running start . I barley lost, good times and everyone knew with a running start I'd somke the horse.

Early 2000 Yamahas were light years ahead of their time. Instantly made me a fsster rider the first time I threw a leg over one. Best dirtbikes of that time for sure.

Obviously the camera person is NOT a barrel racer.
Rule #1. Don’t stop recording until the announcer calls out your time!!

I don’t think so. I did knock one down so I think that’s a 5 second penalty. Not sure exactly what the spread was though.

Back in the 90s and early 2000s I used to go in the farmers field and spray roost on the bulls trying to get chased.
It wasn't the bulls you had to fear though if the farmer or his son saw us they would lock us in the field and chase us down in there 4x4s, actually trying to ram us off the bikes.
