T-Roy, you just cost me some money.
I’ve followed you and other UA-cam OG’s for years.
Took a break from Yourube for a the last couple years, and have recently re subbed to my favorites (you being at the top of the list).
I collected vintage Weber kettles for years and had the skittles rainbow of vintage kettles, but then sold or gave away all but two of my favorite which is a early 70’s black 26” and a 64’ glen blue 22”. I also own a Weber 18” wsm, and hometown custom stick burner.
I just re subbed your channel this week and then as I watch this video tonight, “Holy Sh@t! A 26” glen blue!” I ordered before I even checked in with the Weber Kettle Club, fellas.
Great cook. I still to this day love your attitude and effort in vids, and really appreciate your effort.
Hey, your patio is gettin’ closed up with all them cookers, bud!
    Take care .

You have the best videos. you explain things really well and I enjoy watching the show. I used your recipe and the ribs come out delicious and very, very tender... thanks a bunch!!! Bob. Ps: u said one of the ribs didn’t have enuf seasoning. I usually put a little mustard on the ribs b4 seasoning. This helps seasoning to stick better cause otherwise the seasoning sometimes slides off

Those ribs are looking great! I've been told that 3-2-1 method is all about proportions/ratio (sorry no native English speaker here). So you don't have to go for hours, you could go for half hours (which means 1.5h - 1h - 0.5h). That's how I usually smoke my baby back ribs 😉
I might be wrong here (about the ratio thing) but that's how I do it.
