Hey Ben, I am of German citizen and have already an Online Business running in the US through a LLC making around $60,000 monthly already. I am now looking to move there to really grow the business. Is the E-2 the right thing for me considering that I already have a soon 7-Figure business instead of investing in buying or starting a new one? Thanks.
Hi Ian, sorry for the delayed response...Hopefully you received some guidance. If you are still trying to figure things out, I would be happy to chat with you.
Thanks for the helpful informations ! I have a question, maybe you can make a video about it. I had a student visa denied about 5 years ago. And I would like to apply for an e2 in two years from now. Do you think the denial could be a problem ? Thanks.

Greetings! My pleasure. A previous denial will not necessarily be a problem, but it depends on the reason for the denial.
