This is absolutely ridiculous, the bloke who leaked this 5 years later on the day of the final, especially after the horrid year that dusty has been through should be ashamed of himself.
The more pertinent issue is: did the woman (a) give permission to be filmed while working, and (b) give permission for it to be released to the media 5 years later so that everyone can see it?
I daresay the answer to both is no, so the villain of the piece is the person behind the camera. They should not be able to hide behind anonymity.

It's not great behaviour, but there should be a statute of limitations. He's a different man to what we was 6-7 years ago when the video was taken. Clearly he has matured.
This was a bad move by whoever did this. I'm a bombers supporter but richmond are me second team when they aren't playing the bombers lol. Dusty will probably clean up tonight cause of this.
AFL is behind it for a couple of reasons
1. to derail the tigers premiership campaign (the umpiring and the quickness of the ARC decision on Thursday night also points to this)
2. keeps Brisbane (and with Sydney winning) in the finals which will only help to get more money for their currently being negotiated TV rights deal
3. could also influence Dusty's decision on leaving Melbourne's fish bowl like atmosphere for AFL players. this could be massive for the AFL if he goes to mmm lets say Sydney who will probably be losing Franklin. And we all know the AFL want a big Marquee player for that market to hold the interest of the mostly uninterested Sydney market
We had this at the pie's this year with our man Jordy, seems " journalist" are the only one's having issues with off field behaviour.

the football world has desended into the world of of slime and low acts, this is something that would happen only in American politics or sports to mire the game. If the AFL want to investigate or beat their chest about they should include who ever took the footage and why it was released now and the links to Brisbane or any other football club that may be involved, This sort of disclosure before finals etc. will eventually destroy the game as it will happen again down the track to other players and clubs.
