True, The Philippines has had political problems from 1980_2000 but now that it is growing again, it only has to GENTRIFY the street grids created for it by the Americans. With the few infrastructures built by Duterte in the last 5 years, Manila actually has regained lost time. When all the Build Build Build programs are finished, we will be the most modern again like before
At the rate Cebu is growing, with both South & North Reclamation eventually filled with buildings (expected within 10 years because both the Sys & Ayala are bent on building the South Coast City at SRP & Madani by Hong Kong Land at the North), Cebu will eventually be following the growth trajectory of Hong Kong, its waterfront CBD's filled with skyscrapers

At this stage in my opinion, Cebu City needs is further behind Surabaya in many ways but if you asked me where I would like to live? 100 out of 100 times I would say Cebu City. I may be biased, but for me it's simply the best!
I am from cebu city but i'd like to compliment and commend the beauty of surabaya. It's clean, spacious, the architectural designs are pretty unique and dope.Interesting place to visit. Both cities got charms to offer.🤙
You said it right. Surabaya looks beautiful and I’m from Cebu.
Bolero naman kayo. Puno ng slum ang Surabaya. 1 dollar a day lang ang poverty threshold ng Indonesia kasi kokonti ang may pera na mayaman pero karamihan ay napakapobre kaya binobola na lang nila ang mga ito na kung may 1 dollar a day sila o 30 dollars a month, di sila pobre. 10, 000 pesos o 200 dollars a month a poverty threshold natin pero maingay ang mga pobre natin
@@milomilo417 i heard and saw this one vlogger nga tungkol dun sa syudad(kapitbahay) na yan.
@@veronicali4665 what's the name of the bloggers! Pls I will watch the video....😁
@@milomilo417 cebu daghan sad ta squatter oi, di lang gud ta manghambog.
Cebu really wins its buildings are modern and lot of beautiful places to visit bu tourists.
Tbh though Cebu City can stand alone without the help of NCR. Try federalism and let's see the results
Exactly! Ncr is suppressing the progress of cebu. Most of the developments are in manila. Little gets back to cebu eventhough cebu has contributed alot to the economy. Cebu is the gateway of philippine tourism
Inuoto kayo ni duterte sa federalism nya ha ha ha

Federalism will definitely work for Cebu and it will become a lot richer than it is today. But........federalism won't work with a lot of other areas in the Philippines except NCR and the areas surrounding it. Why? Because there's no industries, no manufacturing, no big businesses which are needed to be able to be self sufficient. Where would the local governments get the money to fund its projects, the salaries of all the state employees, etc. Cebu certainly can survive on its own.
Cebu winn
Cebu
Wow Cebu!
I love both cities.
Cebu much better.less populated and less crowded and more potential for economic growth
Dili ta mag hinambog hehe.

Lol Surabaya is even Richer than Manila

Both are beauty. Love from Tangerang, Indonesia
I love Surabaya, from cebu i love also Indonesian people
when I saw the two words earlier, I felt that both cities were equally good, but in terms of urban arrangement and tidiness I admit that Cebu is better in terms of tidiness, so basically these two cities are equally good, each city must have advantages and disadvantages. therefore we should not argue with each other because these two cities are equally good. GOOD JOB VIDEO 👍
Surabaya wins. clean city, green city and modern city❤️❤️❤️🇮🇩🇮🇩

Cebu is a version of Singapore, where the city lies along the shoreline.
Cebu is also a version of Hongkong, where buildings/houses are on lining up by the mountains
In my observation cebu is better than singapore✌️😉😄
@@richiekawazoe4216 Cebu has no developed public infrastructure, Cebu roads are too narrow and gray, singapore has trees everywhere
