Can we say there are some middle guy like vector they developed lower layer software software for a particular ecu like RH850 and when ever an OEM need to develop some applications on RH850 he will buy the ready stack from vector .
And vector is independent to sell it to anyone. So if any other OEM too want to develop applications on RH850 he will buy the stack frm vector.
