What is actually the difference of OEMs and tier 1 suppliers??

OEMs are the car manufacturers like BMW, Toyota, Tata, VW, Honda, Hyundai, Ford, etc. whereas the Tier-1 suppliers meaning level 1 suppliers i.e. they provide their products/components like ADAS, Infotainment, powertrain, etc. to the OEMs. Examples of Tier-1 suppliers are BOSCH, Continental, ZF, Denso, MOBIS, Valeo, MAGNA and so on.
OEMs assemble the products coming from their suppliers and form a car.
