Hey Steve! Love your channel and love all the helpful tips you’ve given me over the last couple years. Idk if you’ve covered this topic before but I see you using a pole a lot for windows that would otherwise just kinda be awkward to reach for (over a desk, over bushes etc). The only thing that ever stops me from doing the same thing is, “wait how am I going to then clean the track and sills and frames with the pole?” And then I end up doing some kind of awkward sketchy maneuver to just do the window by hand. Please let me know what you would do. Thank you again for the endless tips, tricks and reviews. 💪👍

Hey Steveo I been wondering, with this recent uptick in window cleaning gurus on social media ive noticed my customers tell me high school kids are going door to door knocking and charging peanuts, I'm all for hard work but just curious in your 20 plus years window cleaning have you ever noticed anything like that before?

Whenever i try to fan and i get my squeegee where even the tinyest bit of soap isnt on the window it instantly stops moving and like sticks to the window. How do i fix this? My squeegee only glides when their is soap touching every part of the rubber. Even one inch of non soap surface makes my squeegee stop in its tracks.

At what TDS would you say you wouldn’t even need an RODI compared to just the DI system with all the resin you’d replace?

Hey Steve, we are having a huge problem. We have had our rodi machine from xero for one week and we are already seeing streaks on the windows. The PPM/TDS is always at 0 and it’s still leaving streaks. We do not know what is causing it? Could it be the brush that we are using. We even went ahead and replaced all of the brand new filters and the same problem is happening! Please let me know. Thanks
