    Great video to start off 2024. As an experienced CEO it is hard to remember a specific error in decision of action or inaction. Most bad outcomes I have seen result from poor performance or unfavorable market conditions over a period of time. Also if you don’t justify your past decisions your clients or even worse your employees can lose confidence in you as a leader.
