I enjoyed the video and it giving me some great ideas for travel planning when things begin to normalize from this Covid pandemic period, if the ever do. My wife and myself had planned for extensive overseas trip to Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Austria in the spring through summer of 2020 and using the rail system once we landed in Prague to travel through these countries but since watching a number of these videos I like to add southern Germany to the list. These videos are very helpful in making plans.

I nearly thought this was another of your videos coming back same way but not...just ending up where the other one started. Spectacular bridges and some very high over-passes. Interesting getting in and out of electrified sections. Was this just a loco or a freight train or? Seeing you made no station stops. What was the great big swirly tower after Rottweil. Is Rottweil the original place where the Rottweiller dog breed comes from? We had one next door but the most placid one you could ever meet. Normally bred as guard dogs I think. Yes, the Rottweiler dog originated in this town. The town name is rather prosaic translated into English. Weil is a common town name ending in areas of Germany ruled originally by the Romans. It derives from "Villa" and means village (the common German name for village is "dorf") . The English word village has the same origins. "Rott" here means "red" thus "red village".

The big tower is owned by ThyssenKrupp and is a testing facility for elevators.

Vielleicht hat er/sie sich einfach mal ein bisschen Trasse gekauft, um schöne Bilder einzufangen :D
Das war ja ein Bauzug und im Bereich Schwarzwaldbahn waren vor einiger Zeit Bauarbeiten. Es ging vermutlich von einer Baustelle zur nächsten.
