This is the oldest cake in the world! Linzer Torte - the famous cake from Austria! The delicious recipe has its origins thousands of years before Christ. This delicious cake with the special diamond pattern was baked as early as 4400 BC and it was even used as a burial gift. So this dessert is very special. It's the best cake for fall, winter and advent! Or as a Christmas cake! The smell alone that spreads when you bake this cake is wonderful. The shortcrust pastry is very aromatic and the jam keeps this delicious cake juicy for a long time. The Linzer Torte can be kept for many weeks, provided it is stored in a cool place and sealed airtight. A very tasty and traditional recipe! 😋

Ingredients:
300 grams of butter
2 eggs
200 grams of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons bourbon vanilla extract
300 g hazelnuts grated and roasted if necessary
300 g flour (possibly type 700)
1 packet of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Juice and zest of one lemon
350 g redcurrant jam
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp cream
About 30g flaked almonds
170 degrees top and bottom heat for 50 minutes
Baking pan: 26 cm

Что ты имеешь в виду? Если вы имеете в виду температуру в духовке, то здесь уместно 170 °C.
