First street place that I watched yet now is so cleaned. Its really excellent that he weared gluves. and chicken looked so clean...wow. The cooking area is cleaned. Spoons etc everything is looking so cleaned.

Same way today I prepared biriyani 3kg 🐔, same masala... Same temperature and within 20 mins with 10 mins cooling time. Than I sold to 15 persons. All customers gave review 99% all said very nice biriyani. Thank you chef and MAA Annapurna.
I also tried one plate... Chicken cooked properly with nice juicy .Yummy !!

@@viditdeswal he was wearing initially when he was mixing all the ingredients before marination. Later part doesn't require touching the food, hence he didn't wear it.
@@TheMohammadDanish with skimmer he comes in close contact with the rice while spreading them. If you look closely he touches the rice when evening. Not hygienic at all as it is being cooked outside under the elements. Dust, insects and other foul things can enter it when in open.
You forgot that he kept touching the rice here and there for not reason. He got a great start but then went down the hills lil by lil

Looks clean and maintaining the hygiene. Very rarely I saw in Indian street food vendor maintaining proper hygiene practices. I will definitely buy 2 biriyani packets from him.
I don't think it's well cooked tho.
Nobody is forcing you to eat it. Indians rarely get ill by eating street side food which may be unhygienic for you. Westerners on the other hand will definitely get diarrhea.

Curd shouldn't be poured without mixing Masala 1st. 1st mix Masala or else if you pour curd then the Masala will not stick properly to chicken

The chicken was being marinated with yogurt which acted as a tenderiser. And the rice was already parboiled, plus this was cooked in a sealed pot under steam. Definitely cooked 👍🏻
