it's just basic blueprints created using reused assets. I imagine in full scale development they touch them up, change weapon models, bring in new voice actors, etc.
Video doesn't matter. The build matters, and that is already archived and you can play it right now. Fired it up on my RGH 360 and it plays well. You can also use the xbox 360 emulator and play it on PC, runs smoothly.
This feels like Infinity Ward a lot more than Treyarch. They probably had MW series as the benchmark, I can see why this got canned while pretty serviceable does nothing to stand on it's own. Could be passed off as a MW3 sequel that they didn't need.

Because nearly everything in it is recycled from MW2 and 3 😂 Weapons, Fonts, Voicelines, it's basically modern warfare 3.5, if you got this back in the day you'd have been seriously pissed. All it's identity belongs to one of the best games in the entire series. Go figure 😂

Anybody got this running ? I tried on my xbox and almost bricked it so now im on pc but cant find a canary build that will run it.
You have to drag the xex in the "PATCHED" folder and then drag it in the "NX1" folder, and then launch it in Xenia
