I have sympathy for these people... Not excusing their bad decisions, but I'm pretty sure most of these people served their sentences for their crimes in American prison systems so why punish them further? I can't imagine being raised in one culture then forced to live out your days in a country you've never step foot in. Their families should of got their citizenship papers in order... That should of been first on the to do list when first arriving in the U.S in the early 80’s.
I'm sorry but i find it really hard to have any sympathy for these guys, they were all given the opportunity to have a good life in America, they had years and years to sort out they're immigration status to full citizenship, but instead they chose a life of crime. You come to a foreign country you have to respect they're laws and way of life. I do feel sorry for the kids, they are the real victims. we have a saying in England "you have made your bed now lie in it"!
Even though those communities are right knit, it appears the community leaders were not doing a good job of informing about the importance of naturalization. These deportations were avoidable and I hope these issues are being discussed freely
If the United States keeps letting all of those surrounding countries Mexico especially the United States we'll end up looking like Mexico and other countries because I notice when a large group of people from other countries are into here that group of people start living like they do in their country. Some of them do not want to learn English they take English people should learn Spanish. So far it looks like the U.S. have lost California mexico's took that over. When we let those many people in our country they are going to change our country and start messing it up like they did their country.
I'm a Cambodian American citizen. Cambodian people educate yourself. You were given an opportunity to a better life. Become a citizen that the first step. You are in someone else country. You have to live and abide their rules and laws. Become a gang and street gang. Learning about basic law starts with turning in a news.
I came here with my family without any English and no one told my family to become a citizen..if we know then how we know now everyone would become citizens in this country at no timr
The thing is ..we were never told that we could be deported ..so to all the stereotypes out there Get your facts right..we are refugees..here legally...

It’s the parents fault for not becoming a citizenship for the these kids.
Why should we allow these criminals back into US society? To commit more crime?

Maybe if Trump cuts welfare a lot of people will go home to their country of origin
