Recover a deleted channel file
If you deleted files from a channel and want them back, open the channel's Files tab and select Open in SharePoint. Once the SharePoint site opens, select Recycle bin on the left side of the page. This will show a list of all files deleted from every channel in the team. Right-click on your file and select Restore.

These are part of audit information, which cannot be updated. It will change automatically when another person update the doc. But will still be available in the version history.

sir what if we permanently deleted a file
Normally user deleted files goes to Recycle bin, and do you mean you have deleted it from OneDrive recycle bin as well? Even if you do a permanent delete from PC, it should be available in OneDrive recycle bin.

If I understood correctly, you are trying to undo the recent changes done to your word document. This can be done by following the the similar approach in the video. But, there are no option that you can hide a change (history) as a regular user if the documents are saved in Teams (*SharePoint online or one drive).
@@PraveenBalan i want to that my teacher can not see my last changes. Whatever I did, Last modified time seems. Every version can be deIeted but, the last change can't be deleted. I want that she can see just first version of my paper. BEcuase after I submitted my paper, I did some changes on it, and it is so bad thing. maybe my exam won't be accepted. when she get into my paper, she will see last modified time which is changed time after exam. I'm scared and I'm so penitent. That's why, I asked you something about last changes. Whatever I did, I wasn't able to hide last modified time. Which means, you need to change the stamped time of modification. Which cannot be manipulated, as it is part of auditing inside one drive or sharepoint

is the deleted file goes to the author recycle bin? or goes to the recycle bin who delete this file?
When you delete items from a SharePoint site, they're sent to the site Recycle Bin. For more reading,

Useful Tip!! I had this problem and i felt really disastrous, luckily my colleague recommended *cyber.kor* who did the retrievals with astute professionalism on files deleted long ago. This can help.
sir how do I know who deleted the files?
You can see the details if you go to the Recycle bin, and part of audit history info about the file.

How must i recover a deleted message i accidentally deleted my school work project
For recovering a message, you may use the video. If you are referring to a chat message, I assume it will allow you to undo action (undelete) for a certain period or until you logout and login back.
Some organization sets different retention category, but this is usually not the case with schools.
