Michael, that green colour- so good. Love your bag. Look at you becoming a sewist. 👍🏻Ripping back rocks- better to have the piece you want and will use than waste yarn for something you don’t love and won’t wear. 🧶I got up to the armholes on a Weekender and it was going to be ginormous. I ripped it all out and started again in a much smaller size and now I have a sweater I love. So happy I redid it.

I am also loving the sweater you are going to make. I love your greens but they are my greens.......! I prefer the cool colors, blues, greens and purples. I missed commenting on your last video. I watched late and fell asleep before making a comment as usual. I was remembering it when this video popped up. I can't remember if I told you I made a gorgeous hat from the yarn I won. I am enjoying my sewing class too. I share your experience in that fabric seems to move all over the place. I do use clips, but that does not completely help when sewing on the machine. I bought a magnetic sewing guide that attaches to my machine and that has helped me a lot. Your bag is awesome!

I love the confidence of just frogging to get the best result! It always will be there. The amount of perfectionism in this community can be kind of toxic.
First, I love your Traveling shawl. The yarn you spun is totally gorgeous ❤. Then later in the video, you were counting (up to 12) and it was in a melody from something (probably from our childhood) and I was totally counting along with you 😂

Dear Michael, LOVE LOVE the bag you made. The material reminds me of licorice all-sorts. Does the material have a name? The shawl is beautiful. You should be very proud of it. I bought the yarn counter from Maurice of Dreaming robots. Well worth the money for calculating handspun. BFL fibre is so soft and lustrous. Wish I lived around the cnr to sit and spin with you for inspiration.

Did I miss the contrast color you were going to use for the Bolt? I love the design. It'll be good to see it knit up. As for the Modern ModCloth... I may have gotten my tax return yesterday and purchased some yarn for it. I've had a color combo in mind for months so I decided to order and experiment. It will take a couple of weeks to collect all the pieces. Mudcloth KAL? Yes or yes?
