I felt a very strong sadness and strong wanting to help the children of the world. I'm not clear on how the meditation works to bring memories into awareness, but it seems to do this. I haven't felt quite this way with other meditation videos.

Including my own healing methodology.. Now I notice that the new energy of the times is expressing itself in a more logical, easier way for a commoner like me to perceive.... thank you so much......

Aye look this shit right here is amazing, I saw the brightest golden light when I started letting it flow through it was like someone flashed a flash light in my face my hands got warm and tingly so did my feet and when I was done there was a yellow tint in my room for a second I'm blown away I twitched and laughed uncontrollably for a second as well very beautiful

This was great. Good job on being such a great conduit. However at the end when it just ends without the journey "back into our hearts" leaves me feelnig light headed with different energetic impressions being felt around my head. A going back home and grounding seems to be in order.
